On May 21, 2025, I ordered a sugar cookie cake for my daughter's 6th birthday on ************. I was taking the cookie cake to the school so she could celebrate with her kindergarten class. I paid the $15 extra for sugar cookie instead of the chocolate chip. I received chocolate chip instead of the sugar I paid for. I didn't realize it until I picked her up from school and she informed me that it wasn't sugar like she wanted. I argued with her until I looked back at a picture I took for her mom. I informed the store of the mistake. The general manager, *****, refused to right the wrong even after his manager accepted that it was their mistake. *******, who took my order, didn't write down the appropriate information for the decorators. It's not about the small amount of money, but that my daughter's 6th birthday was not as it should have been and we will never get that experience back. I told ***** I would be satisfied with a re-make or a discount on the cookie we received. I understand that we did receive a product, even though it wasn't the correct one, and don't expect anything for free. I was willing to work with ***** and the *** location, but he had no interest in making a customer happy or trying to retain a customer for the future.

I received a gift card to Great American Cookies as a wedding gift on 07/03/2021. I dont go where those locations are frequently. I eventually got there and used half of it without issue. I made it back a second time and now they have told me the gift cards are on their old point of sale system and they refuse to take any gift card purchased before the switch. This card still has $30 left on it. Plus they have who knows how many other gift cards floating out there that cant be used. I contacted them and they tried to resolve my issue, but the next time I came back, they didnt have any product available to purchase, so that was another wasted trip to their store. Basically, they refuse to accept gift cards purchased and used at the store location in **************.

I placed an order on December 9,2022 the total was $54.15. The same day I canceled the order with the manager *** because I no longer needed it. He told me my money will be refunded within 3 business days. On December 12,2022 I received the refund of $54.15 back to my card. On December 17,2022 the money was taken back out of my account in the amount of $54.15. I never placed another order or picked up anything from there. So why would I be charged again for the same price for something I did not receive? I filed a dispute with my bank and canceled my card but they said the merchant denied the claim. I then went back to *** and showed him that it was taken back out. He then told me I need to bring a bank statement, which I could not provide until the month of December was over. So I waited until January 3,2023 and went back to *** with my paperless statement, he then told me I needed a paper statement. I showed him that it says purchased on the December 17,2022 and I didnt even purchase anything or came into the mall that day. He said because it had a minus next to amount that it means it went back to my card. He walked away not refunding anything. Im furious because ** being charged for something I did not receive. They do not have a corporate number. I did send an email to customer service havent heard back from anyone yet.
