    Great American Cookies is engaging in deceptive practices. Having ordered from them online for years, I have never seen the issue I experienced today. I was going in to order a cookie cake. My relatives like the icing and we always spend a little extra to get it fully iced. I have no problem with that. Upon clicking on the extra icing +$10.00, another area pops up that says chocolate +***** vanilla +*****. You have to click on one. I was so confused. Is it $10.00 or $*****? No, when I looked at the total it had jumped from $50 to $75. I just cant pay a 50% markup for them to spread some icing on the cake. I believe this is deceptive and when I called my local store to tell them of this obvious mistake on the website, they checked and told me it was correct and that many of their items had been marked up by corporate. Horrible business practices and trying to take advantage of their customers. Sadly I just cant give my business to a company that would try to take advantage of me in that way.
