      Purchased a refrigerator from Lowes. This is the second time we have had to file a claim. We have been without a refrigerator for 3 months now. Our claims and appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled 10 times as of today. There is no customer service option to actually speak to a person unless you go online, call one number to be given another phone number, only to be redirected to someone who can only process a claim (which can be done online).

      The whole business is a scam - they just keep asking you to upload documents for months until you finally give up. They get rich by never paying out anything.Avoid, report, review, and share your experience on social media.

      they don't honor their contract, had my vehicle serviced by dealer, they diagnosed the problem, and Assurant would not pay for repairs.

      Terrible customer service. I purchased a policy on a new phone and paid for 23 months. I dropped the phone and ruined, went to T-mobil to purchase a new phone and was told it would be $175.57 with the insurance (claim was approved). When I received my bill from ********* I was being charged $799.99 and had only a $99 copay and the claim for $85.00. After paying for 23 months, I would think I would have more of a settlement. Why even has insurance if that is the total they are willing to pay.

      I purchased a 5 year warranty for my dishwasher from Lowes on November 11, 2020. O am now having problems with it and am unable to get them to fix the problem. One of the repairmen I had out told me a faulty heater is causing mold to accumulate and the machine now stinks of mold. I have tried repeatedly to explain this to them but they are denying my claim by saying it is a maintenance issue. I want my dishwasher replaced as they have already tried replacing some parts and it didnt solve the problem.

      I have a home owners policy with this company and had damage from a storm. I have turned in all paper work that has been asked for and have been waiting months for my adjuster to call or send me a check for the work to be started. I do not recommend using this company because you won't get any call backs or responses. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

      Trying to get my cellphone covered under spectrum. They demand imei be printed on receipt for new cell phone purchased. Tried to accommodate every way they said due to spectrum not putting the imei on the receipt. Been going in circles with them for about 3 weeks.

      Horrible service provided for an insurance claim. Paying insurance on a device that was no longer carried now expected to go and buy phone out of pocket and then wait to be reimbursed

      Do not waste your money. Claims take forever to be resolved. They miss lead you with their information. It has been over two months now and still, we have not gotten the issue resolved every time you call back its a different story. Also, they will not let you speak with a manager.
