      This company is horrible. To start off, I have paid three different insurance payments for my washer. This is the first time Ive had to use them. When I called for them to come and check the machine, they came two hours late and did nothing but just check it and say they would be back later on that day because they needed to get the parts. They did not call me to let me know they would reschedule. So they rescheduled for the same week. Then the day of the appointment they failed to show up, call and let know they would not be coming in. They rescheduled it for two weeks. I called the insurance and they informed me they would reschedule the appointment to an earlier date and didnt show up as well. I tried to call and to my surprise they dont have a direct line to talk to someone on the phone. Its an automated system. I could not get a hold of them. And had to wait the two weeks only for them to tell me the machine wasnt fixable and they would send me the money to buy a new machine. They then proceeded to send me a gift card with the money and made it so that I can only buy a new machine through their website. I cannot even send the money to my bank account to go buy a machine somewhere else. I will never make business with this company again. I recommend to others to steer clear of this company because they are not a reliable company. This is the worse experience I have ever had.
