    A shell company for strategic financial solutions.. a company currently being sued for fraud. They lied and never told me of their affiliation. I got sued and then ordered to pay the settlement myself in addition to paying the agreed upon debt settlement amount per month.. I filed a formal complaint with CFPB, told the provided lawyer to withdraw, cancelled my account and am negotiating with the crsdit card company directly. Hopefully, I can get my $3,300 back.. Please avoid!!

    My account number is **************** as of November 2023 I signed up with Guide stone, Lawyer bills theyve taken $833.54 out monthly December and January I have tried calling the attorney which her name is ***************** her number is ************. If you also call the number they tell you to communicate for help or have any questions with your account is ************. Neither of these numbers work youre on hold for three hours the lawyer ***************** does not answer my calls. They will send you a text when you emailed them and get back to you five and seven days, Ive called my bank canceled them from taking any money out. They all theyre doing is charging me fees. Ignore my calls and have not contacted any of the creditors at all. They tell me the same song and dance over and over again and theyve lied to me and disregard themselves , they owe me money back which is $854.11. I told them that I will report them to the American Fair credit council and to the bar association. They have lied and lied and lied and lied they do not pick up the phone. Im very upset. This is caused me a lot of anguish being upset. I had to call at work to settle all this and there theyre taking our money and not communicating with the creditors are with the customers. Also forgot to mention that they have never mailed me any documents or emailed me at all Thank you very much *****************************.
