  My name is *******, and I have been with Guidestone, and making payments for years, with very very little results. Surely I have been scammed also!!! The firm, and its attorneys need to be held legally responsible!!!

  This company GUIDESTONE took my monthly payments ($443+) one year and a month for debt consolidation that they never done anything with. I have 5 cards 2 of which are the same bank. That bank has now served papers on me (twice) to go to court. When I called Guidestone all they could tell me was "We can't talk to you now about your case until after 1st - because we are under Litigations" this was the 1st time someone even answered the phone in 2 months. She told me there was nothing they can do at this time. I can wait or opt out! Nothing has been done to settle with my card holders and like I said it's been 1yr. and a month. At this point I chose to opt out and go with BBB recommendations ********************. That day on phone I was given a # to call to get my money back. Within 2 days 1/3 of my money was returned? I paid in over $5,700 but only got $3,200 in return. I think they should not be allowed any payment since they did nothing! I feel as if it was all a SCAM! This has all been FRAUD -Is there anything I can do?

  FRAUD. Thats all I have to say. I am going after them en force adding to the lawsuits they are already involved in.

  ***************** would give Guidestone Law Group zero stars except people would think that I just forgot to mark it. My daughter signed up with them the end of 2023, with high hopes of getting out of debt and being able to more easily care for her children, as a single mom. (I do have signed, legal permission on file with Guidestone to speak in her behalf.) The salesman does a great job, but we never spoke to him again once paperwork was signed. I wont go into detail here, but due to either sloppy or non-existent work on the part of Guidestone, her banking information page had to be corrected ,(their error), and re-signed. However, it took them 2 months to finally get her the proper form so that the contract was then completed. Meanwhile, they drafted a payment from her account before it was fully funded. We haggled that out another 6 weeks or so, after we cancelled the program. We paid $216.10 (1/2 payment) and our refund is $177.94 after their fees for doing ABSOLUTELY nothing. Today I found out that the company is now PAUSED, and no one can tell me when or if they will be operational again. So our refund is in limbo. Hindsight is 20/20!!!

  Guidestone Law Group started with help for my debts. They made is sound very good and option for me. I followed along with their instructions. After I had started this, I decided to forget about you because they were not doing anything to help. According to the signed documents there would not be a penalty for canceling. I paid them two payments of $1054.58. I received $174.70 in unused money. The balance was all for fees.
