    I ordered an item which was shipped through Veho and today it is in ************* an hour away from the town I live in but instead of delivering it, it is currently sitting in a warehouse where it has been since last night. And Veho is telling me it wont be delivered until tomorrow.

    Veho was contracted by **** to deliver my package. Package was delivered at 12:42AM by driver (outside of delivery window and against all delivery instructions). Driver took picture of package then stole it. Veho is refusing to do anything about it and **** will not help either.

    I have been driving for Veho, but I have not received any payment for over a month. Despite my repeated emails expressing my concerns, I have not received any response. If this situation is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to pursue legal action, as it is unlawful to work for a company without receiving payment.

    I use a meal delivery service for prepared meals, which clearly label their company name on the shipper box so its easy to identify what it is. Veho outright cancelled my delivery claiming they could be liable, which is untrue because their terms of service address that very specifically. Veho stole my package and cancelled my delivery and is not accountable for their actions. The shipper (the meal company) scheduled an overnight delivery request with them on April 2nd for a package received at their facility on April 7th. In less than 48 hours, they cancelled the delivery, which is not their right or choice to make and thus, they stole my package. I have no proof of what happened to it and the perishable items were still good in that timeframe. I called the company that provided the meal service to confirm these details. This company needs to be investigated for fraud and scamming the companies they are supposed to serve, as well as reported for theft. Veho, you will be reported to every agency that deals with consumer protection. This is unacceptable and your job is to DELIVER not to pick and choose when you get to deliver based on your own policy. That was not your property and was not legal.

    I purchased a deliver from ******* on 3/27 to be delivered 3/29 They contracted their delivery to Veho Veho refused to follow delivery instructions. They stopped at my address, did not attempt to deliver the package, then left.I spoke to Veho customer support (who I now know was a bot instead of a real person) and they assured me it would be delivered today The package has not been out for delivery today, so the bot told me it was rescheduled for tomorrow Not only do they refuse communication with a real person, they are refusing g to make the delivery This practice cannot go unchecked where deliveries can be lost/stolen because of a workers refusal to follow directions

    veho got assigned to deliver me a package on 1-24 i never got . i got a picture of something that when i arrived 10 minutes later at my house was not there . i am sure in fact i always get saks off fifth packages. and did not that day. i believe the driver took the picture and then took the package. i have reported it to saks off fifth i want my items by someone else or a refund it did not get lost it was taken by the driver because i arrived 10 mintues after the notification sent when it was delivered. i could report it to police as i am almost certain this is what happened. order is under ***************************** never got it. later that day i got a text with the wrong picture. and i read all the similar reviews about your issues. your driver stole my package.send me claim form./

    I continue getting g text messages about a package but the sender cannot provide me the name of the merchant. I then received a picture of a package delivery in a different state! I keep asking who the sender is and the shipping company asked for my full address then advised they dont have the senders information. I have never heard of this shipping company and feel this is a scam. I have now provided them my address and they have my phone number. I want confirmation of the sender in order to resolve if this is not a scam.

    Ordered a package from an online retailer. Had no option to choose shipping method and this is what was given to me. This company lies about delivery locations, has never delivered a package on time, and now has had my package in their possession since 12/6 for no reason! I want my package and needed it today. The customer service is no help and there is no way to pick it up on my own. Please help me

    Veho is boat good deliver service, even reading these reviews Im so mad that a company like **** still works with them. People are spending hundreds of dollars To Saks You all need to not use Veho for delivery. its unacceptable that people are spending hundreds of dollars to not receive their packages. Im reading the reviews on the Better Business Bureau and its a F rating all bad reviewsthis package is my first time hearing of the service and I was instantly nervous. For Saks to be so credible why use this terrible cheap, no training service? I want my money back ASAP. I tried reaching out its automated. They gave me a delivery window still no delivery. They said they would start at claim and email me but never did, because it was just an automated service telling me that lie. I HOPE THEY DONT MAKE IT INTO 2025

    Veho **************** has refused to answer me since I received video footage from the *** of my building showing video evidence of one of their drivers stealing the package she was supposed to deliver. The package was worth several hundred dollars and a police report has been filed, but Veho is not cooperating. Originally, they claimed the driver said they left the package with an individual at the door who brought it into the mailroom. Clearly, the driver didnt realize there was a camera that watched her put the package down to take photo proof of the delivery, and then pick it up to steal it and take it back to her car. This is a common occurrence with their company in ******* and I wanted to make sure a formal complaint was filed so hopefully they will be forced to address this with customers. They should be responsible for their drivers malicious intent.
