The delivery driver for Veho damaged our property and the driver has refused to cooperate and Veho has also refused to pay for damages without ** pursuing legal action which were prepared to do even though pictures of the damage and the driver have been provided. They have run me in circles, asked me to get a quote for dirt work which was provided all to get brushed off. Their website states they take ownership and Im really frustrated with the level of service received. I just want my yard fixed.Initial Complaint

This company has continuously failed to deliver my packages. They do not have a phone number to call customer service, instead its a text that has autogenerated responses. They have no accountability for not providing the services they claim to provide. They say they provide a delivery window, but never once have they EVER provided one. When you inquire about it, they claim the package is delayed outside the delivery window, which they never provided in the first place. They tell you to contact the merchant when a package is stolen or lost. They are stealing, failing to provide a service they claim to provide. They dont provide the delivery window that is supposed to appear when the package is out for delivery PER THEIR WEBSITE. None of my packages have ever had a delivery window. My current package went out for delivery at 0945 am today and there is still no window. Their help is that there is a delay to deliver during the delivery window first given. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY WINDOW EVER PROVIDED. This company should not be in business. I dont know how they can continue to be in business when all the ****** reviews state the SAME complaints that I am. I am fed up with this. Its unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I have purchased to orders that were set to arrive with Veho. I have ordered from them in the past and had a minor issue since my address is in a new neighborhood. That issue was resolved. These two orders have have the same issue between the dates of 2/19-2/21 and my complaint is with their lack of customer service. The service is text only and the representatives only seem to be allowed to repeat the same 4 phrases and refuse to give me any actual information regarding how they are going to get me my packages or how the next delivery attempt will change. I have had to repeat the same delivery instructions to every new representative and each time I am told they will follow them and then when the package cannot be delivered I am told to provide delivery instructions. I know this is not an issue with any normal delivery service like **** or **** Each text sent from their end seems to effectively end the conversation and I have to start over. Veho failed to make a delivery because they dropped a package off on the floor of an apartment complex's mailroom, which is not only an unacceptable delivery location but also not the actual address for any person living in any apartment complex. Veho drivers need to be trained to make deliveries at people's doors, just like every other mail carrier and delivery person. Failure to do so will not only damage Veho's reputation but impact business as well.Initial Complaint

Since Dec 24th, I have received no information or updates about an ordered package. I have Text them daily like they have asked however only receive texts stating they are trying to contact the warehouse. No updates are ever provided. No telephone number to reach anyone. I would like to know where my package is and when it will be delivered. Im not sure why it takes 2 weeks to receive an update.Initial Complaint

I had an order with Saks fifth and my package was due to be delivered December 13. I had not received it by December 18. I contacted Saks to figure out exactly where my package was and veho told them that it was at the warehouse as of December 10 and the status was paused. well after running around for a week they finally told me on December ****************************** transit and they would notify Saks. It appears that this company does this a lot and something really needs to be done about the business and how they are able to still operate. Constantly losing packages in transit; as a consumer Im disgusted Im overwhelmed and the process has been nothing short of horrific , they are out here basically causing many inconveniences to the consumer and there has been no repercussions. Hi! My name is *******************************. I have purchased from a few sites now that use a shipping company called Veho. I cannot and will not ever purchase from companies who use this service again. My package was stolen. I was unsure if I should report to you guys for an investigation if you look into them this has happened to TONS of people. I just need help. This is not okay. My daughter had $300 worth of pricey winter clothes and they were misplaced due to unforeseen circumstances I have all texts with this company proving everything. This is not okay. I will be filing a police report with them also. Tons of people have been caught in my area for stealing from the warehouses but this isnt okay. I really truly hope that if enough of us contact BBB that this company will be shut down completely. An accident is one thing, the ******************* being busy but they continued to drag me along and lie. Wouldnt give me any answers. And when I said tell me where my package is so I can go get it myself they refused. Its like a bunch of criminals covering up for one another. I sound crazy which upsets me but we work hard for a living and these winter clothes were an early Christmas gift and this company is pretty much laughing in my face for a refund they think they face no repercussions when this happens to tons of people. I have all proof. PLEASE if someone can look into them. Open an investigation. I will also be filing a report as soon as I get the chance. Its funny how the small packages are delivered under their reviews but the big box packages are all the ones that vanish. We all get told its a warehouse issue or delivery issue. I will not back down on this. This is terrible. The items purchased were limited edition that have now sold out & they have a very high online resale value. I know exactly what they are doing for everyone to have the same issue I can only hope others like me are taking the time to contact you guys for this awful company. Thank you!!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Saks, which I have done often. They now use a terrible delivery company Veho. They delivered 3 orders within probably 5 days 2 to my front door and one to the front door of the office complex. My apartment complex does not accept packages, I don't believe the driver even asked them to. He just sat it by the door, I talked to Veho they claimed they would let Saks know the package was lost. Saks is telling me the package is delivered and wants me to pay for a package never received.Initial Complaint

Veho misdelivered my order from lululemon on 10/07, they have admitted this and said they would take full responsibility. But they asked me to contact *********, ********* refused to refund me. On Saturday, September 16, 2023, I ordered shoes from *******************. The following day, I received a delivery notification that I would receive my shoes by 10:30pm on Sept.17th. When the delivery was not made, I called ******************* to complain. I was told to reach out to Veho, their delivery service. Veho sent me a text stating that I would receive my package on Monday. I did not receive the package. I texted again on Tuesday. They assured me again that I would receive my package. ToryBurch did email me assuring me that I would receive my package on Tuesday. I did not. Veho texred me at 4AM this morning to say that my package will be here today. I spent $200 on these shoes. I have LOST CONFIDENCE in Veho (the contracred delivery service) and ******************* (the retailer). My order number with ******************* is *********. The tracking number with Veho is 9HPN7K. I want my shoes delivered.
