    I cannot access an account I pay for my company. This company does NOT answer phones except if you call sales.     Mailchimp will not give me access to an email marketing database I pay for each. month on my amex ending in ****. Their support is terrible.Emails go to someone that asks for/states 1.) We can only send correspondance to email on file ************************* CHECK - done. Have access did that Upload a photo copy of your drivers license CHECK - did that Upload a picture of credit card used CHECK - did that, not PCI compliant either AMEX wouldn't like this requirement Still - no access to account noticed 2 separate charges on my amex that I didn't even personally authorize. One charge is $63.96 on Dec 19th One charge is $27.18 on Dec 5th These charges go back months. Rep on phone just sent me links to login - well Sir I cannot logn. Been thru that Sir.

    Mailchimp charged me more than the original stated amount. When I tried to cancel, they tried charging me again for the same amount. They said the only way to cancel and get a refund is via email, they cannot handle these requests via the telephone. Nobody responded to my email claim and I have since been charged again. The total amount for the past 3 months has been $664 and I am seeking a refund for that amount.

    We requested that the Mailchimp account for 'The Kite String Tangle' be paused without charge on Aug 25, however Mailchimp provided initial instructions that were misleading and then didn't reply when we followed up asking for assistance.In that time (while waiting for Mailchimp customer service to assist) we have been charged the following amounts without our approval, which need to be refunded:Aug 25 $121.90 AUD Tax Invoice MC16347966 Sep 25 $62.02 AUD Tax Invoice MC16563129 Oct 25 $123.48 AUD Tax Invoice MC16783305 Nov 25 $119.61 AUD Tax Invoice MC17006633 They also sent a billing estimate of $127.62 AUD on Dec 11, suggesting they will be charging us again without approval.The company has refused our request for refunds and continue to charge each month, claiming they cannot issue a refund unless there is a 'system malfunction'. As we have repeatedly asked the charges to stop since Aug 25 and we have not used the service since, we ask your assistance in facilitating the refunds to resolve the issue.

    I was using mailchimp and my credit card was charged $166.53 without telling me. This was an unreasonable charge and my consent was not obtained. I contacted mailchimp but they did not address the resolution. So I have to turn to your authority to help me. I hope I can get back the amount that was unreasonably deducted. This money is very important to me and I have not eaten for days.

    I tried to cancel the service in June. They continued to charge my account until November. I did not use the service from June to November. I contacted them and spoke to people several times through their website. Their representatives said they would amend the billing, but it was never done. They also said several times they would refund the money and they did not.

    I signed up to the site and was charged $135 I was testing the site I didnt notice that they kept changing my card for every use which was not supposed to be the case it should be a subscription not per use. I ended up paying over $500 in the first moth and I didnt even notice the charges on my account and they never sent me an invoice or even a receipt so i know they keep taking money out of my account This month they charged me $1040 This one i did notice and when I chat with them they say that this is how they charge if you upload contacts even if you remove them again. This is fraud and i will dispute the charges. Never using them again.

    Mailchimp offer no phone contact to their billing department. Due to fake email signups for our website www.MsCareerGirl.com, we had inflated numbers of contacts listed in the MailChimp database. We purged those, and AFTER purging them, we downgraded to a lower and more appropriate billing plan. They are billing us for the OLD number of contacts under the NEW billing plan, saying we owe them $421 for ONE MONTH, and they are refusing to honor the rate of the new billing plan ($27 per month) going forward.NO help from customer service.

    Mail chimp is allowing its customer **************** to send unsolicited, repeated, and unwanted spam to people while they work. 10xworkforce falsely claims in their pushy spam emails that Im receiving the mail because I opted in. I never did. And I would never trust a staffing company that spams me to provide workforce for my business.

    I attempted to cancel my MailChimp account after my Kickstarter campaign ended on September 24, 2022. I was under the impression the account had been closed, but several months later (after seeing it on my credit card statement, as MailChimp was not sending me receipts) discovered I was still being charged.MailChimp has charged me $370.69 ($95.05/mo with one month, Sept. 2022, at $85.54) in monthly fees I did not consent to for a service I was not using. I am filing this complaint after my management team and I contacted support over and over again but were constantly given the runaround, passed off to person after person who took a long time to give us any information and then passed us off again. The support team at MailChimp continues to ignore our persistent request for a refund 9 months after the initial complaint was brought to their attention, after we have clearly demonstrated that their website cancel page was misleading and there was no continued use of the platform after September 24, 2022. I would like a refund of $370.69 for the dates I was charged between Sept 30 to Dec 31, 2022, of paying for their service without my knowledge or consent. Thank you.
