      Insight global is the best company for supporting employee from getting position , filling the paperwork ,onboarding , remote training and paid weekly ontime. The best thing in my experience is very respectful, and honest .The professional hiring staff support very well from bigining and during project.I would like to get another job in future with this company .Thank you for all of your effort .

      The whole process of interviews, getting the position and filling the paperwork out went great, I like the position I am in, and hoping to get hired outright by the client, only thing about contracting I don't like is no time offered for vacation or days off, everyone needs time away from work and it would be great to be getting paid for it!

      I worked with Insight Global. It was very good and honest company to work with it. Because the staff always are taking care about you and you feel in nice hand. I do appreciate the work of both **************** and *************************. they done a great job from the first day and put me in very good and reputed company.I do recommend Insight Global to anyone looking for real job.

      This company is very frustrating to work with and very unprofessional. I applied for a billing specialist position that was posted on indeed, I was contacted by two different recruiters who help set up my interview days and times. I went to my first interview and even got selected for a second interview meaning I interviewed with 4 different people from the company who each gave me positive feedback after each interview. I received a phone call saying I was selected for the position and to start filling out my onboarding information and to take a drug test within the next 3 days which I did. I informed my supervisor ********************* that I was going on vacation right before my start date and she gave me the okay to start when I return. The day I returned from my trip which was the day before my start date I got a call from the recruiter saying that the $25/hr wage that was agreed upon(which was confirmed with each recruiter and advertised online) is now only going to be $21/hr because of miscommunication between HR and my start date wouldnt be until the next day. I was annoyed but still agreed to work the position since I already put in my notice at my previous job. The following day I received another call from the recruiter saying that I no longer have a position because of miscommunication and lack of experience even though I had already received my offer letter and first day information. This company is very unprofessional and does not value people time. The fact that they hired me then the day before my start date give me excuses of why I cant work is unacceptable and very detrimental to people looking for new employment. I hope this business gets investigated and I hope no one else has to be let down by this companies false claims and bad communication.

      Love Insight Global I can't say enough about them. They hooked me up with a great job where I have no comaplaints about. I work from home 40 hours and I can work an extra 10 if needed. Remote job that offers benefits of traveling and working from different locations. 10/10

      Incredibly annoying company to use as a recruiting agency. Way too many 8 AM phone calls for the silliest things.

      I was so excited to work for IG. They were going to get me back into a defense company. I went on the interview not expecting to get the job but I did. Thats when everything fell apart. IG said complete all the paperwork with wet signatures in blue.. Did that and sent in - but then I got told it didnt look like I signed it. So I did it again - twice. Finally got that to the client satisfaction. Start date changed FOUR times because they couldnt get the information needed from the background check. Start day was determined. Then I got told equipment and such would be sent to my address as this was a remote role. Two days before I was supposed to start, I was told I had to drive almost 3 hours (close to 200 miles) EACH WAY to get a badge and computer. Then that changed again as the ** requirements changed. The offer ended up being pulled due to lack of communication - even though I have DAILY texts from IG AND the hiring manager. Yet, IG WOULDNT leave any messages or return calls when I asked what was going on. Daily texts and calls I guess are considered lack of communication! Yet IG never did call back and explain what happened - and THEY HAVE THE ***** to tell ME I DONT COMMUNICATE!Leaving a position for IG is NOT recommended even if everything in writing.

      Everyone is very nice but when I initially interviewed for the position I was told it was something different than what it actually was. I also didn't hear from anyone for 6-7 months while on contact. My recruiter didn't call me until a week before my offer and I was asked what I wanted negotiated on my behalf, nothing was negotiated. I confirmed with my manager that the recruiters did not talk with her. I negotiated my own position. I had also been told by the manager that there was a set understanding with Insight and the company that all positions salaries will start the same with no sign on bonuses. Not only did the recruiters not known this or communicate this information but I had been made to believe that I would receive more.Insight Global found my resume and contacted me to hire for the position, I will never work with insight global again. Do better. Know the position details and if you don't know something just say so.. neither of my recruiters admitted to not knowing and I was fed incorrect information.
