      Dont think twice! Take the jump! It might be the best decision you ever made cause I know for me, it sure was. From the time I joined Insight Global til the day I got converted over full-time to my dream company, the process was seamless.. The accountability that Insight Global employees pride themselves on is quite refreshing to see because its not about the numbers for them. They create relationships and ****** those relationships like they should be done from the beginning. Insight Globals family culture, their mission, their nonstop to the top nature and making sure no one gets left behind is what sets them apart from the alternatives that cant match in overall level of service that they provide. Id like to think ******, ******, *****, and anyone else that I may have left out because of my sheer memory, thank you for everything and being there thru my tough times of uncertainty.       Great experience so far with Insight Global over the past 6 months. I've work with multiple contract and consulting companies over the years, and this has been my best experience. IG onboarding was straight forward and seamless in terms of support. The client environment has been excellent and respectful. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow and take on various responsibilities. I highly recommend working with or for Insight Global.

      I have been working on contract for 7 months. It has been a good contract and overall good experience. They have been friendly, responsive and forthcoming. I've appreciated that the contract has been extended twice. Other than that, it's been pretty uneventful.

      Love working for Insight which happens to be very flexible and transparent. My only complaints are no paid vacation time off, advancement opportunities, or sick leave. Getting paid weekly is a plus. My recruiter and account manager are the best at it and always went to management on my behalf when needed.

      One of the worst experiences I have ever had working for someone. I was contacted for a project local to me. I told them I had already shipped all my things across the country as I was moving but I suppose I could stay for it as it was only going to be a month or so project. Well, it got moved back a month. They told me they were going to pay 20hours a week for the month that it was pushed back as a retainer. Ok cool I guess but in the meantime I am paying for a motel every week so I am not really making much on the retainer but fine. During this month my best friend passed away of a heart attack. So I go out to see his family and attend his funeral. They start blowing me up about how I need to go take a drug test ASAP. I agree to head home (over a **** mile drive!) right away to get things taken care of. I leave 2 hours after the showing. Didn't even get to attend the actual funeral. A week or so later they are calling me saying the drug screen hasn't come back yet (this was a holiday weekend, not their fault on this) can I pay out of pocket to get an instant result test. I tell them they need to send me money to take the test. But then realize that I have left my friend's funeral for no reason at this point and I am once again hours away from home. Drive 5 hours round trip for them. They told me $28 an hour then said they had to change it to $26, deal with it. Then they tried to pay me even less but I caught it on my paystub. Communication completely died off once they got me on sight. I had accidentally overdrawn my account because I was told the retainer would be released on the 10th of March. Didn't show up for another week. Asked them if they could send me a $200 advance on my pay. No go. Fine I will eat the fees. It was at this point that I decided that it was no longer worth working for this company. I have yet to get paid for my last paycheck and a complaint with the ********** of ***** has been made. I would stay far away from Insight Global!

      I've had a very good experience with IG. They matched me up with a great position that matched my skills and experience. The recruiter has been on top of everything from the beginning and contacts me periodically to make sure it's going well. The account manager has an excellent rapport with the client company and is willing to discuss any questions I have.

      I've had a great experience with Insight Global from the initial contact, position discussions, questions, through interviews, onboarding and so far 7+ months in. My reps have been quick to respond to any questions and also check in on me. SO far, SO great!

      Insight Global contacted me through Indeed. I have a job, but the one they were offering paid enough, that I was willing to listen to the offer. The recruiter contacted me after I confirmed interest, and we planned on speaking the next morning about the position, at 8am. That time came and went. I contacted the recruiter who replied "I'm so sorry, I dialed the wrong number! I left a message thinking it was you. Do you have additional availability today?" So, I told her that I could talk during my lunch break (1:45pm). She agreed. That came and went. She texts me that night at 9:21pm, with a long apology, saying "I'm sorry, I scheduled you for 1:45am, not pm! I would like to speak with you tomorrow at 8am. I apologize". That also comes and goes. She texts again, confirming a new time -- the next day at, you guessed it -- 8am. This time, she again does not call. No reason, no update. Thank God I'm already employed, or I'd be furious. In my opinion, a huge waste of time. I really dodged a bullet.
