      I am very appreciative of the doors that Insight Global has opened for me. My recruiter and account manager took a vested interest in helping me land a great opportunity with a reputable company in the banking industry. They have taken a keen interest in making sure I've had a comfortable work experience and have always kept open lines of communication.

      The assignment I was at was fantastic. However IG's policies of no PTO nor holiday pay, plus the exorbitant fees for medical coverage made it difficult to justify continue working for IG. The people at IG were great too, just their policies is not conducive to continued association. Having worked at companies in Silicon Valley, having to pay $1500/month for medical was outrageously expensive. The company I'm leaving to will only charge me $150/month for better coverage...

      Insight Global reached out to me based on my previous work experience and helped me to navigate the interview, selection and onboarding process at a high profile financial firm. The opportunity was a 6 month contract assignment and they were fully transparent throughout the process/assignment and were easy to reach with questions and were always quick to follow-up. The contract work created opportunities for full time employment and Insight Global played a key role in helping me be placed in a role where I am a good fit, for the employer and me!

      I am grateful and thankful that Insight was able to find me a position that fits in with my career background and got me into the position but there was hiccups in the beginning and then finding out that an ex-employee of Insight had documented negative and untrue comments about me. Made me feel alittle uneasy. But things have smoothed out and the job fit is working great!
