      The support and the encouragement from the recruiter has been great. I have enjoyed working for the organization. Every person I have talked with and met in my journey with insight global is wonderful. My only issue is no sick time, or vacation time. Also with no retirement plan in place, working for insight global long term is not ideal.

      My Insight Global family was great to work with during 10 months in my position. My co-workers were great to work with, generally, and management was friendly and easy to access. Unfortunately, being a single mom and not have any holiday leave, extremely limited PTO, very expensive insurance and lack of advancement opportunities caused me to have to search for other employment.

      My employment with Insight Global is a great experience, the best staffing company I have ever worked for. My Account Manager and Assistant Manager are so helpful in every way possible and have worked with me step by step from the start. They reached out to me based on my work experience and helped me to navigate the interview, selection and onboarding process. My opportunity is an 11-month contract assignment. They are with you hand in hand throughout the process/assignment/benefits and are easy to reach with questions and are always quick to follow-up. I enjoy my job and getting paid every week is a plus.       Just an amazing group of people to work with. The 2 recruiters I have worked with went the extra mile to ensure my skill-set shined. Outstanding communication, and even accommodated my after hours schedule to communicate with me on the progress of my placement. I worked with them in the past, as they were one of our vendors at a previous job, and just all-around professionals.
