    We gave Professional Estate Sales 43 pieces of art/furniture on 3/17/24 (delivered to/signed for by ***************************, ******************************* associate, at their warehouse ************************************************************************. We have pictures of all items, in some cases documentation of purchase price/artist info. ************* said he would research the pieces and sell in the appropriate venue (auction house he works for, his warehouse, estate sales, or online). He has failed to provide any specific information about the disposition of the items, though we have asked repeatedly. On 4/4 we emailed him a spreadsheet template listing all the items and asking him to provide info about disposition date, sales price, our profit but he has never provided any of this info. Last text from him on 4/14 saying "a few items went to auction...". He also stated that his warehouse lease is up 5/28 and he would be having sales every weekend until then to clear out the items. We asked if we should pick up the items too valuable to sell in the warehouse and he said he had another place to store them. He assured us he would not sell items in the warehouse just to dispose of them, because "...we're on the same team the more money you make the more money I make." We last texted him on 4/30, no response. Called on 5/8 indicating our concern, no response. We are concerned about what has become of our items and/or any money that *** have been made on their sale. We have even considered calling the police.

    Unfortunately, the two siblings did not communicate with each other, and I spoke to the other siblings about two weeks prior to this complaint being filed about the status of their items at the warehouse. I also informed her that we extended the lease and that her items are being sold as promised. I went ahead and paid, the client more than they were owed for their items and told them they could go to the auction house to pick up the other items that I had delivered there for auction.

    July 30, 2022 I purchased a Ponderosa Stock Trailer, at an estate auction held by ************************************************, ***************************************************************** ( License #************** I paid for the trailer, the only receipt I got was a Buyer Statement, but, I did not receive a Title for the trailer. The purchase price was $4500.00, plus Auction fee and sales tax at .07%.I called **************** on Monday August 1, 2022. I ask for a title, and was told that he was going to talk with the person who he sold the trailer for, and at this point, I still don't have a title.I have called numerous times, still no response or no title.I would like either to get the title or get my money back, plus, auction fee, and sales tax @.07%.
