  I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my 10+ years of shopping at estate sales as today. The son was wonderful to work with. He provided fair and reasonable pricing as I was making a large purchase. At checkout I had interest in a lot of items that were not priced as the team didnt even know the items were in the house. The wife casually attempted to ****** image the items to set pricing. The husband acknowledged my interest and ask what I would be willing to pay for the entire lot. While speaking with the husband the wife began berating me and saying that my offer was stealing from a mother who is grieving for her son. The professional response would have been the lowest offer I can accept is This interaction happened while other customers were looking at items to purchase. This lady has no idea what losses I myself have encountered yet she calls me a thief because I make an offer on something she has no clue about. I was also told to never attend another one of her sales in the future. Thats unfortunate because Im a customer who tends to spend a lot of money at sales and now future customers of hers will ultimately pay the price for her disgraceful behavior. This behavior is seen by others and will reflect on the future of this business.

  The Professional Estate Sales, et al, did NOT live up to its namewe had our estate sale two weeks ago and the professionals did not have it ready to go. Yes, they sold almost all of the stuff they had marked, but they did not have everything marked, and that is what we are left with. At the sale, they had rookies who were not familiar with the merchandise, and, as a result, they sold things for less than they were worth. We had a contract, but they are not taking care of the after-sale provisions. We were supposed to get our share of the proceeds the day after the sale ended, but we waited over a week for the checkwe were supposed to get an itemized list of everything that they sold within three days, but two weeks later, we are still waiting for it. I paid money up front( $7.200) because they said they were going to have a lot of labor costsagain, they cannot justify the amount I paid with the amount of labor expended. They want to have an after sale, but I will not let them into my house again. I think I was taken advantage of because I am over 70 years old

  ******** and his entire team were remarkable to work with. I interviewed several other companies before choosing Professional Estate Sales, LLC. I'm so glad I did; *****, ****, **************************, and ** worked a very long day getting the entire house and garage staged for the sale. ******** made sure the prices were fair and spent extra time researching any unusual items. The three girls did an incredible job dealing with the many people who had questions and/or needed help. ******** has a well trained crew running his sales. I'd highly recommend contacting them if you want fair and honest professionals working in your home.

  1/9/2023 From the first contact with ******** and his team I knew they were the strong crew to handle the huge task of liquidating assets from 4 family member "world of Antique dealers and collectors".His team diligently went thru the house to ensure sentimental or valuable items were located and brought to me. (This is a real win in itself!!!!) So, here's some of the many thoughts I can share from my experience-Easy to work with and understanding, dependable, great sales following, knowledgeable of required resources from dumpsters to sales strategies and getting required results.Thank you for all your hard work, ****************
