I am deeply concerned about the mishandling of my hours and credits during my enrollment at Elaine Sterling Institute. I attended the esthetician program from 12/2020 to 7/14/21, with exceptional attendance and passing grades. However, upon my return on 8/29/22, I discovered a significant loss of my hard-earned hours and credits. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, the school has been unresponsive. The missing hours and credits, along with false claims regarding my payment, undermine the program's integrity and my ability to obtain certification. I urge ESI to investigate and rectify this matter promptly, ensuring a fair evaluation of my progress and addressing the financial discrepancies.

To begin, Ive been attending the Elaine Sterling Institute for 9 months now and I am almost at the end of the coarse. Ive paid ****** to attend this school in hopes to retain the education I need as well as work along side a lot of experienced professionals. Well in this case, *** barely gotten either of the things I have so extensively longed for. The students are bullies and the educators are just as bad. I have been bullied through out my whole 4 years in high school so it really saddens me to think that Ive put that in the past, just to still receive the same treatment in ************** There are plenty of amazing & professional educators in the school but there is one in particular *************** who has been using the educational system Elaine Sterling has set in place to BULLY students. She builds personal relationships with students which makes students feel as if they have the right to say and do what they want to other students. Its unfair when people threaten you and you run to administration and they dont handle the situation. Its almost like all of the staff in the building cover for each other and never listen to the students concerns especially when an educator is a part of the problem. When you express your issues and concerns with the school director ****, the only thing he will do is treat you as if you are lying and explain to you that if he feels as though he can not control the situation he will expel you. My thing is, if Im the one being bullied why am I at risk of expulsion. If Im the one who is following protocol and reporting my problems to the school admin, why am I at fault or being treated as if I should not have said anything? This school needs to implement some new rules and regulations for bullying or any type of threats/abuse. Im scared every time I walk in the parking lot because I have been threatened so many times and no one seems to care. Something has to be done. I send emails to admin and get no response. This is unethical.
