    On 3/16/25 I reported seam tearing on the couch i had purchased from living spaces in January 2023. It had been completely replaced for the same issue in December of 2023, and the technician sewed the seam back together. I told them that this was the same issue, and requested they do something else, which they refused. On 6/09/25 I reported that the seam was coming apart again, along with other seams along all the couch cushions. Again the same technician came out, and said he could not fix it and would need to be replaced. On 6/18/25 I reported another seam had completely come apart, and the inner cushion was completely exposed. The company denied this claim, and claimed fraying.

    I purchased an adjustable bed from Living Spaces in 2021. I also purchased the extended warranty for the base. It has stopped working, and I filed a claim with the warranty company. They have refused to honor the warranty because they say I didn't file the complaint within 30 days from the time the issue was discovered. I didn't realize I had the warranty, and attempted to get it repaired locally to no avail. After contacting the warranty service, I was informed that I did have a 10 year warranty on the bed. All I get are automated (AI) responses refusing my claim. What good is a 10 year warranty if they are not honoring it? I can see that I'm not the only one with an issue with this company. I am elderly and need the bed for a medical condition. This company appears to scam people; refusing to honor their warranty because of a 1 day offset in reporting? These companies make their money by promising to deliver a service and this find every loophole and reason to refuse the claim. I want my bed fixed under my 10 year warranty!

    Hi,I purchased sectional sofa worth $1,800 from Value City Furniture on 1/30/2021. At the time of purchase, I bought warranty service from Warranty Services for an additional $230 which would cover all accidental fabric rips for a period of five years.On 9/30/2024 I filed claim # C3074392 with Warranty Service to repair the ripped fabric but they denied my claim saying that customer is responsible for cleaning stains. My claim is not even about a stain. They are not even reading the complaint and sending generalized denial letters. They are assuming that this is wear and tear. The sofa is not new as it was used over three years but their warranty is supposed to cover fabric repairs for five years.I am filing this claim so that my sofa is repaired. If it cannot be repaired then I want $1,800 to be contributed towards my next purchase at Value city.Thanks

    Purchased Sectional couch from ********** and was delivered on 9-1-23. On 9-13-24 Filed claim for broken arm on sectional and Fabric deteriorating unreasonably fast especially fast on area of sectional that no one sits on. Repairman came out on 9-18-24 and partially fixed couch arm (still rubs when extending leg rest). We pointed out the fabric and he even said that its defective fabric, would mention it in his summary and would recommend replacement of couch due to fabric breaking down are ripping across the entire sectional. I was told I should receive a call in a week. On 9-26-24 I made a call to the warranty service to find out more about the fabric separation and was told that the claim was denied due to it being normal wear and tear. This couch is barely a year old and 3 of the 6 seats had been sat in a handful of times. Value City wont do anything because of being past the year manufacturer warranty(even spoke to corporate) and extended warranty is denying coverage. I spent over $3300 on this couch. This should not be happening.

    My claim was initially filed on 8/20 following the discovery of seam separation on my sofa on 8/18. While the appeal I submitted on 9/10 resulted in a rejection of coverage on the grounds of wear and tear, I believe this decision is in direct conflict with both the terms of my warranty coverage and the assessment provided by the technician you sent to inspect the damage.The technicians report clearly identified the issue as structural failure due to seam separation and recommended ordering replacement parts as the sofa was deemed irreparable. Seam separation due to a structural defect should be covered under my warranty, as stated in the coverage terms which include coverage for "certain structural or component failures due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal residential use." This was clearly outlined in the highlights of my coverage provided by your service.I request that this decision be reconsidered, as the technicians professional assessment contradicts the classification of the damage as wear and tear.

    I have filed a claim and explained that it was an accident ( my baby opened Destin cream and marked all the furniture with his fingers)- I tried to clean it but it didnt come off completely. They told me its regular wear and tear and its not covered. I filed a dispute and they seem to denied it without even reading the explanation. Stay away because they dont provide any services- they dont even read description and only deny it right away. Awful!

    I have been having my furniture with this warranty company for the past 5 years and every single time they send a technician my furniture goes bad and they don't answer and they are extremely rude I have been waiting for a part for 5 months and the part haven't came and I'm not using all of my furniture because of that. Nobody answers and nobody knows anything worse company ever.

    Claim was initiated on 12/22/2023. American Signature told Warranty Services that the whole dining set including all chairs were broken with the issue being "Breakage". The Claim number is C2956792. Warranty Services gets back to me on the claim and only approves 1 dining chair replacement when my whole dining set was damaged. Every single item which American Signature can vouch for was damaged. I want either a full refund of $1,639.08 or a replacement voucher for American Signature in that amount to attain a new dining set. I would prefer a full cash refund of $1,639.08 as the whole dining set is not usable and I would rather not go through the fiasco again if I get a whole dining set replacement.

    I purchased the warranty with Value City 5/29/2022 and requested repair or replacement of a furniture 2 months ago. I was informed that the part was ordered a month ago only to find out today that the order was not placed and now could take up to 12 weeks. I'm now requesting that the sofa seat be replaced without delay. I should not have to wait 12 more weeks because your employee fail to do their job and order the part.

    I purchased the additional coverage/warranty, Uniters, for multiple pieces of furniture from Living Spaces. The couch cushions were/still are falling apart at the seams for something I spent thousands of dollars on. I filed a claim within 10 days of identifying an issue and was denied citing normal wear and tear. Disagreeing with this decision I filed another claim but was told I was denied coverage due it being more than 30 days from initial issue citing Id filed a previous claim and disagreed with the decision. This is the sole purpose of the Uniters coverage plan and my issue was identified as being covered under the policy.
