    Terrible product! Looking to move forward with legal action. The warranty company is TERRIBLE. The tech that is assigned will not return my calls, and will not give any i sight to when my product will be fixed. I called the warranty company, and they will not give me any good answers to anything i have questions on. My couch has remained unfixed.

    We purchased an extended warranty from Warranty Services (Uniters) when we purchased our Sofa at Living Spaces in *******, Ca.After just a couple of months the fabric on the side of the middle cushion accidentally ripped. We took the required pictures and submitted a claim. This claim was covered under the accidental damag clause and the sofa seat cover repaired.The following year tge exact same thing happened in the same place as before. I submitted the pics and description of the damage but our claim was denied. They said it wasn't covered. I resubmitted the information along with the terms of our contract which state we are covered and they denied it again and without giving a specific reason as to why.There is no phone number or email provided for people to inquire directly so if I wish to communicate it has to be done buy resubmitting the claim over and over.They are in violation of our contract and will not cover the damage but they don't care because they know that it's not worth the time or money for a customer to seek legal action. The company where we bought the sofa told us at the time of the purchase that the warranty is through a 3rd party so there is no use calling them to ask for help.Stay away from Uniters Warranty Service, it's a scam.

    Warranty Service was a complete joke. I purchased the extended warranty on my furniture, thinking I would be covered in case something went wrong. But when I tried to make a claim, the warranty company refused to honor it, citing vague terms and conditions. They kept referring to the seam separation (covered) as fraying (not covered). They even went as far as to say my claim was valid, sent a technician out, who agreed that it was a seam separation and the issue was so bad that the seat covers on all five cushions needed to be replaced because he wouldnt be able to sew it back together but Warranty Services backtracked and decided that their technician and myself were lying and refused to cover the claim, which Ill never be able to claim again.

    Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not purchase this warranty with your furniture. The company will not honor their terms and conditions, and I am currently challenging my claim results.

    Horrible experience! no timely updates, inaccurate update in the app and website. Reaching customer care is pain. Takes 30 days to process a check, takes 30 days to mail a check.

    In January, there was a problem with the couch. I notified them of the issue in February, but they denied my report, citing it as too late. It's absolutely ludicrous that they're rejecting it simply because I reported it a few weeks after the initial incident.

    NO STARS! The technician came out and told me there is no way the cat urine is coming out of my couch, and that he will make notes regarding this to have parts replaced on my couch. The next email comes in and states 'According to the technician report from your in home service appointment, your claim has been resolved. Please contact us if this information is not correct or you need further assistance regarding this claim. Thank you for your cooperation.' Well I have contacted them multiple times to no avail! And I CANNOT find a phone number for them anywhere! SCAM COMPANY! We purchased the warranty when we bought our couch from American Signature furniture. They should NOT be offering this company as a warranty service to their customers!

    Had water stain damage to the top of my kitchen table. It is specifically covered in the warranty paperwork. "Technician" came to my house, took pictures and filed his report. Claim was denied due to an "accumulation of damage." When questioned as to what the "accumulation of damage" was, I got no response. There is no other damage that I can see, but that is their way of not having to repair my table.

    Horrible Service and they try to get out of even coming yo your house to file a claim. After i asked their employee that came in to my house to take pictures i reminded him that my couch is broken and you he needs to take pictures he walked back to his car to get his phone. I bought a set two years ago and been fighting them ever since. My couch is broken and my chairs springs are out after only two years.
