I CONTACTED MY BANK AS SOON AS I SAW I WAS CHARGED 6 TIMES $25 FOR A TOTAL OF $150 FROM THE CHICK FIL A APP ON SUNDAY 12/18/22. ON 12/19/22, I CALLED CHICK FILA CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT THE ISSUE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THESE CHARGES FOR THE CHICK FIL A ONE ACCOUNT FROM MY DEBIT CARD WHICH TOOK PLACE IN GEORGIA. I AM NOT IN *******. I HAVE CHANGED MY PASSWORD TO THIS ACCOUNT OVER 5 TIMES AND CLEARLY ITS USELESS. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED SEEING THE **** AND SAID I WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A FOLLOW UP. NO EMAIL RECIEVED. I REPORTED THE ISSUE AGAIN ON THEIR SITE ON 12/21/22, NO EMAIL RECIEVED THAT I REPORTED THIS. I CALLED TODAY 12/22/22 AT 9AM BECAUSE O SAW ON MY ACCOUNT THAT MONEY WAS USED TO PURCHASE FOOD IN A ***** DRIVE THRU. I AM NOT IN *****, I WAS TOLD AGAIN IT IS BEING LOOKED INTO AND I WOULD RECIEVE AN EMAIL. IN THE MEAN TIME THE MONEY $150 IS BEING USED AND NOT BY ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. My order was incorrect I didnt get all that I ordered. When I called the service line she told me someone would contact me. I never heard from anyone. So I went to the restaurant and they could not correct my order but they also took my information down snd said someone would get in touch with me and again no one has. This is the second time my order has been incorrect and never received a refund nor a replacement. I want someone to either replace my item or refund my money. It is now the principal of the matter. I went to the drive thru at Chik-fil-A in ****************, ******** on 12/20/22 at 5:25 p.m. I placed my order with the clerk outside, and then was prompted to insert my debit card for payment. The clerk was having difficulty with the machine that collected the payment, so she prompted me to insert my card again for the second time. She then told me to pull forward and then I received my food. When I got home, I checked my bank transactions, and I was charged for my order which was $10.58 and someone else's order which was $24.48. I immediately called up to the store and spoke with the manager (******). He said that he could reverse the transaction that wasn't mine, and I could expect to see a refund within a few days. A few days went by and I went inside the store and asked to speak with ******. He told me that it could take a few more days to receive my refund. I called up to the store on 12/26/22 and asked to speak to the manager on duty. This time I spoke with ***. She stated that she would look into the issue and would make sure my money would be refunded to my account. Today is 12/28/22, eight days later, and I have not received my money back. I want my money back. I was charged for an order that wasn't even mine. The store should have refunded my money when I came in there in person.Customer Answer

I spoke with ****** (Manager) and **** ***************************** about the incident. I received a receipt that contained a miscellaneous charge. The charge for the ice and cup says zero dollars. I requested a refund for the charge. *************************** (Owner) contacted me to let me know that they will resolve the problem, but he will not provide a refund for the miscellaneous charge. My receipt copy shows that I was not charged for a cup of ice, and I received a copy of a miscellaneous charge. I request a refund for the miscellaneous charge.Initial Complaint

According to online public records, Chick-fil-A had a data breach in the past. Im unsure if there is another unconfirmed data breach, however I had fraudulent activity from chick-fil-A in the amount of $150. Someone hacked into my Chick-fil-A account last week. They added $275 in gift cards to my account. I caught it, but they had changed all my info and screenshot the ** code. The hacker is using the ** code in the **/*** area. I have called now 4 times and no one seems to be able to help. They keep saying that their Tech team will email me, but i havent heard anything. I think its ridiculous that they dont seem to care about a fraud issue. Mind you, i live in TN. I have attached screenshots below.Initial Complaint

My chickfila account was hacked into and 3 charges were debited from my saved payment method which is my debit card in the anount of $200 dollars and it was uploaded onto my chickfila ONE account! Cant get ahold of anyone to return my miney! Cancel the transactions and cancel my account. Here it is 4 days before Christmas and Im dealing with this bullcrap due to chickfilas por por por security features within there app. I have heard multiple complaints all over the US of this happening with this company and as much money as they make off everyone they cant put a better security in place to protect there customers accounts. It would not surprise me if this isnt chickfila doing this. Seems fishy money is stolen from my **** card and placed on a card that can only be used to make chickfila purchases! I want my money returned off that c*** one account and out back in my bank! This is a joke. Theft! Down right theft! I went around my lunch time 3:30pm and purchased a 8 piece nugget meal and an extra side Mac and cheese. When i got in the car i are one of my fries and they were drenched in salt. I tried one more because sometimes it could be just that fry. Every fry i tasted was drenched in nothing but salt. I didnt have time to go back because i was running late from my lunch break.
