    I have been residing at The Flats at ************ for 8 months. Valet trash service has been great, up until September. Whoever is responsible for picking up the trash, has not been doing so for weeks. I pay for this service through my apartments, which is now feeling like theft since Ive been taking my own trash out this month. I have attempted to contact this business twice, but to no avail, I have not received any response. Myself and other neighbors have been complaining about this issue for several weeks now. This is becoming a huge inconvenience.

    I have lived in a apartment community for almost 3 years. I pay a $25 monthly fee that is included in my rental fees and this trash service was a service that I could not opt out of. My trash wasn't picked up the entire first year. I would make calls to ***************** and they would say they would call the company and put a tracker on their employee and pick my trash up. That never happened.! Now its going on year three and my trash has never been picked up consecutively. At one point they had children picking up trash and sad to say, that was the only time that my trash was picked up Sunday- Thursday. I have spoken to someone from the company and he assured me that my trash would be picked up each scheduled day. That lasted about two weeks. I have asked for a refund multiple times from ***************** and the A1 trash company. No one has gotten back to me with an answer. At this point I'm going to call the news station to have them come out and report a fraudulent business that's operating and scamming thousands of people out of their money.
