    I started working with this company on 07/22 I arrived ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** person, also on my first day I was supposed to meet my property trainee was 1 hr late highly unprofessional and my very 1st paycheck I still havent received I contacted every chain of command, sent texts, and called corporate and still my issues hasnt been resolved. This company has no idea of professionalism. Today date is 11/01/2024 and still hasnt been paid they deactivated my ********* account which where it shows when I get paid and how I get paid also they blocked me off of the companies website paid to where you can comment no Manager we will return my call or respond to me through text.

    I am deeply disappointed with the valet trash service at our apartment complex. For the past three days, the trash has not been picked up from our doorstep as promised. I have called the service provider each day to report the issue, but there has been no improvement.The trash is now piling up at our doorstep, as well as our neighbors, creating an unsanitary and unsightly situation. This is unacceptable, especially given that we pay a premium for valet trash service as part of our monthly rent.The lack of reliable trash pickup is a significant inconvenience and health concern. I expect a much higher level of service from a reputable apartment community such as ours. The current valet trash service is unreliable and fails to meet even the most basic standards.I urge the A-1 Valet management to address this issue as a matter of urgency. Prompt action is needed to restore the valet trash service to a satisfactory level. Until then, I cannot recommend this Valet Trash Company to anyone seeking a well-managed and responsive service.     This company has major operational issues. Our agreement says they are supposed to come 5 nights per week, taking 3 bags and 2 broken down boxes per night. They rarely come. Like once, maybe twice a week they come. Even more rarely do they take everything that weve left outside. No matter how much I call it never gets any better. We are stuck using them because of an agreement between them and our apartment complex, but they do not deserve the money they are getting from all of their customers. They are stealing from us all.
