I have brought this several times to their attention (sales manager, construction manager, project manager) and it still has not been resolved. The countertop had and still have issues prior to closing, they sold me two different slabs, theres also a seam issue, it has a dirty seam and a bad seam. I was told that this is their standard, the Ctop is perfectly fine and that theres no issues with the Ctop and I had no choice but to accept this and gave me $3500. I was forced to take the credit because theyre were going to be some penalties to hold the closing process. I spoke with Vice President of Sales ****** ******* about this issue and has not been resolved. I would like the **** replace. This house has several other issues that has not been resolved I also have a burn ctop at the second bath..they tried to clean it but you still can see it. The house have several other issues but it will be too long to address but attached is the pending items list to be fixed. This house has poor craftsmanship all over. For the amount of money paid for this home is not worth the hassle. I also been in contact with **** the service manager whos been scheduling the service but the workers shows up with no materials to do the work, making me waste time from work. I would like for all of the issues to be addressed but maintainly the Ctop issues at bath and kitchen.Business Response

Our team has spoken with homeowner on multiple occasions in regards to her kitchen countertop concerns. We reviewed the design guidelines addendum that references a seam that buyer signed at time of design appointment. We have explained that there was no promise noted during the build process of a jumbo slab being used to avoid this, along with variances in the natural state of the style selected that can have it vary from the samples provided in the design center at time of selection. Despite our discussion that the countertop met our standards, we agreed to offer a $3,500 credit to offset the frustrations for buyer.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: They have not provided a solution to all of the issues with the Ctop. A tech is schedule to come on 6/3 to try to clean up the seam and stains on the Ctop. That doesnt mean that the issue with the Ctop has been resolved. Along with the rest of the other issues on the check list. I also explained that you guys did not gave me any other options but to accept that credit on closing day. You were holding the process. I never said I was happy with the **** or agreed that the Ctop was in good condition. I request that this case stays open until all of the issues has been resolved. Thanks

The quality inspector of my home did not do their job. I was blackmailed into signing and closing on a house that was not complete and did not have everything I paid for by threats if charging me daily. Warranty claims have not been fulfilled over 1yr later. There are many things wrong with the house, poor build quality, broken things, and items that don't work. Pulte has not adequately fixed most of the issues and continue to make errors, mistakes, cause further damage to my home, and incapable of getting things done.Business Response

Since moving into our home in June 2023, we have submitted several warranty claims. One of the primary concerns is that we never received the final walkthrough of the property, which was promised as part of the new build warranty process. I bought a Pulte home expecting quality and service. Instead, Ive spent over a year dealing with drainage issues and repeated contractor mistakes. Water pools along the fence line after heavy rainconfirmed by two independent inspections. Pulte insists it meets standards but sent zoomed-in photos (from a light rain) that ignore the actual problemand even included a photo of the wrong side of the house.Weve had multiple trades back 23 times for the same fixes, from a leaking disposal to mismatched ceiling paint. Customers purchasing ********************************************* should be aware of the extremely poor customer service after closing has been finalized. I had a simple down spout drain issue that I was told would be fixed and still is not. The customer service *** told me it would be complete by 5/8/25. No one came out and I reached out and informed customer service. In the response there was no apology and I was told it would be put back on the schedule.Business Response

We purchased a home in the **************** neighborhood in ***********, **. The home was not completed by construction manager ***** *****. On December 23, 2024, ***** threatended and bullied us into closing saying we would be fined $250 a day for not closing. Pulte was made aware of ******* unfinished work and antics through a negative survey sent to us by Pulte. *** **** and ****** ******* visited the home in late December 2024. They both agreed ***** dropped the ball and Pulte would come back and finish the work. Over the next four months, ******* was in charge of getting the work completed. Pulte can look up the work orders on their end for our address that ******* submitted. This will show them what was completed. In April 2025, I was told *** **** and ****** ******* have left the company. In April 2025, the trim ***** was installed on the home. The raw material was sitting in the garage the entire time. ***** never had it put on the home. This is four months after closing. A crew hired by Pulte came out to install the trim *****. Their ladder slipped, fell, and broke our ADT security camera and garage light. ****** ******* came to the home within the hour and saw the damage. He took photos and said he would get it fixed and Pulte would pay for it. We have not heard from Pulte or ****** since. Our emails to ****** have gone ignored. Also, we have a dent in our front door that was mentioned to both ****** and *** during our walk through in late December. It was also mentioned to ***** before closing. We were told this would be taken care of, but pulte would have to wait until it gets warmer. It hasn't been taken care of. I've called the Pulte neighborhood in ********** and spoke to someone named ***** to try to get help. I've spoken to ***** ***** at the ********************************** neighborhood to get help. Our townhome community started the build process in 2018 and I believe completed sometime in 2020. We have 16 buildings and 82 units. There have been a number of quality issues that the *** has had to pay for on the exterior with regard to water leaks from the windows, and also resulting in homeowners having to pay for interior repair costs. There also have been dozens of units where a defective pipe has caused water leaks and damage inside the utility closet, mine included. I have saved the defective piece and the plumber who was out said he has replaced many of these, with the same problem. There are also 2 very expensive, additional problems: 1) Inadequate water in the retainage pond that was supposed to always have enough water to adequately water all our green space (lawns) and 2) a badly deteriorating rock wall that needs full on replacement (along with a firepit that has repairs that have to be made). Item 1) we had to pay $30,000 + to resolve by hooking up to the City of Chanhassen's water when the pond got to a low level and no longer could be relied on to water the lawns and item 2) the rock wall and firepit (parts of it) needs to be replaced at the cost of $40,000. It is unsettling that these type of repairs have to be made. Pulte should be responsible for the cost to hook into the city water because the retainage pond never was enough water to keep the sprinklers going, and the rock walls (there are 2 of them) that have to be replaced after 6 years of being constructed. From the beginning when Pulte turned over the property to be professionally managed, the pond never had enough water and for a couple of ******* we were able to call the city and fill the pond at the cost of $2,500 a time (had to do this 3 times each year). Then the city stopped providing this and we had to go down the route of the $30k spend to hook into the city and refill the pond when it reached a certain point.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: there are several pending work orders and I have no idea when they will get done. The shower installer installed my shower incorrectly and as a result, the shower door is not aligned properly and water escapes. The installer told me this week that it is impossible to align the shower door (which is nonsense). He came and made the door worse. See picture. This is poor workmanship. My dishwasher leaked and flooded in my kitchen. Contractors either dont show up or show up at all these different times that are not on the schedule.

We bought a new Pulte Home in 2022. Since then, we have had 4 significant electrical issues. The most recent one involves the 220-volt wiring to our microwave/oven. The wires are all burned out and fortunately we came close but did not have a fire. This also smoked our microwave/oven to an estimated cost of $500. We cannot continue very much longer without this appliance. Pulte says our 2 yr. warranty is up, but this type of poor electrical construction is hidden in the walls and junction boxes and has no obvious sign of being a big-time fire danger until you have a wire meltdown/fire. My husband and I purchased a Pulte home in August 2023. Since move-in, we have encountered multiple issues, including:Ongoing sewer system malfunction ********************** Deteriorating driveway These are not isolated problems but symptoms of poor initial construction and ineffective or incomplete repairs.From day one we experienced persistent sewer problems. Pulte performed a partial repair on the main trunk, the root issuea faulty pitch between two bathswas never corrected. We consulted five licensed plumbers to obtain a less destructive solution. All concluded a destructive repair was needed to resolve the frequent clogs and persistent sewer odors. We submitted a cost-effective repair plan.The driveway continues to crack and degrade post a re-pour. We proposed a structurally sound repair to avoid further deterioration and received no response.Regarding the foundation, a licensed foundation specialist recommended targeted reinforcement. Instead of addressing the underlying issue, Pulte completed a cosmetic drywall patch which does not solve the actual problem.Despite commitments from Pultes local team to complete further evaluations, we have received no follow-up for over a month. This lack of communication and inaction continues even after multiple written requests for updates.We have been patient, cooperative, and proactive, even performing many warranty repairs ourselves and sharing documentation with Pulte for training purposes. However, it is clear that the oversight and quality assurance processes at Pulte have failed, both in the build and in the warranty service process.The unresolved sewer issue is especially concerning, as the recurring odor and waste exposure present a serious health risk. I suffer from autoimmune disorders, and the prolonged stress and exposure to these defects are now affecting both my physical health and my familys wellbeing.Business Response
