      This is positive review reflects the quality of service of the our Pulte *** ****, Wildlight, (************) Property Engineer, ***** *******.This review is specific to our Property Engineer. This is the person that is responsible for communication with me, the buyer, during the entire process of the build, and just after completion and inspection."I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service we received during the construction of our new home. I want to highlight the pivotal role that the Property Engineer played throughout this entire process. From the outset, our expectations were not only met but consistently exceeded. The communication was clear and timely, with regular follow-ups that kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of work delivered was truly remarkable, and we couldn't be happier with the results. In particular, I must commend Mr. ***** *******. He stands out among all the property engineers on staff and has set a high standard for excellence. I've heard stories from fellow homeowners at *** **** Wildlight about less-than-satisfactory experiences with other engineers, but Mr. ********* approach has been nothing short of exceptional.       Such a disappointment buying with Pulte. Good at sales by cheating people and not disclosing all the information at the time of the initial contract signing. Recently purchased a home with them and only on the closing day I came to know that the house is in flood zone in ********. Normal storm and property is damaged. Warranty does not cover act of nature and you are on your own on getting things fixed. Cheap quality builder. Stay away from Pulte homes.

      Buyer Beware!!!! Pulte is quick to sell you a home, provides vague information on standard and upgrade features. Then smacks you will additional fees for items that were sold as standard features. Only to move in and have to pay additional contractors to finish work that should have been completed as part of the build. Then when something does break due to substandard quality materials, it is passed of as a homeowner responsibility...Horrible communication throughout the build, worse after closing customer care!!STAY AWAY FROM **********************!!!

      Wish I had known Pulte quality was what it was - heavens help me if this house even last 5 years. They use the absolute cheapest materials possible. Barely a few years in and drywall is cracking, nail popping, and worse of all is the low quality flooring. Even a kid walking around the living room causes everything to shake. I complained early on about my construction manager but they assured me was fine. Turns out the guy got his job at pulte due to family connections and worked in real estate before - zero project management skills. Ive complained before about the shaking before and they constantly tell me well thats normal - no.that is DEFINITELY not normal, its called not adding in proper supports when constructing a home. Information a seasoned professional would know but pulte only hired people with barely a peanut for a brain. Warranty is worth nothing and they love to constantly ignore you or push or onto someone else. Will never in my life ever consider Pulte nor would I recommend them to anyone.

      My Pulte home purchase experience thus far has been less than ideal. Failures to communicate by sales and construction staff resulted in missing key milestones for pool construction and a critical in-process review prior to insulation install. In particular, my desire to walk-through the home prior to insulation and drywall install was stated during my initial meeting with the construction manager and during a phone conversation 23 days prior to pre-drywall inspection. It was stated at that time that I would travel as early as possible to ensure that I could review the home immediately after low-voltage wiring was installed. Just prior to the pre-drywall event, insulation was installed without my knowledge. I took 2 days off and travelled 800 miles for a pre-drywall walk-through that was largely a waste of my time. Its clear that my personal needs are not a priority at Pulte unless Im opening my wallet.

      ******** Mortgage, Sales, and builder service. We were pre-approved for a home from the Pulte Mortgage and paid the deposit of $20K, and in the last month of closing, we were asked to have a co-signer or come up with a $250K down payment. During the walkthrough, we asked them to fix a few items, and they assured us they would before closing, but only some of the items were fixed. After closing, we asked them to complete the requested items. However, the request went into a Black hole. The front door would not lock when. I went to the sales office to see why the front door had not been fixed yet. Of course, the salesperson (**** ******) had no idea and said to call the builder. The builder said to call the warranty company. It seems as if no one knows what is going on in Pulte. The salesperson also asked me to leave and not return to the sales office again, and he said if I didn't go, he would call the police. I wish he would have! Poor customer service does not pay attention to the quality of work. Make excuses for every request we make to fix the faulty items (builder person name ***). The builder manager was the only person willing to help; unfortunately, I don't remember his name. I appreciate him. There are many items unfinished and faulty at our brand new home. (************** in ******, **)

      Pulte does not adhere to warranty promises. They lie and push for 5 stars @ closing and do not do what is promised. Contacted Pulte many times they do not respond. When you finally get a response they so call set up appointments that never show. Then you go without hearing from them again forever.

      Have roof leak from a slow prolonged water intrusion that showed up a month and a half after 5 year warranty on roof. Turned in to homeowners and after 2 forensic engineering firms found leak they both determined no roof tile damage at all above leak but water still got thru water proof membrane( under tile) and soaked underlayment over time and gradually soaked insulation and into bedroom ceiling. Both engineering said cause was improper membrane installation but Pulte denied claim.

      I have had a list of issues so long that I cant keep track. And god knows pulse wont either. They have neglected to fix ac, my house brick was wrong color and I have hardwood throughout house. They will s**** you and hand you off to a new employee every 3 months. Their turnover is horrible because the workers hate it too.Note: pulte I will remove this if you call me and take my list seriously.

      Do not buy a home built by Pulte Group. We've had an issue with our kitchen window since we moved in. Despite us reaching multiple times, the issue still hasn't been resolved. The last time the contractor told us, unfortunately, it's about as good as it's going to get. I just called their warranty division and was told it's too late because the two-year warranty expired in September. So, despite us raising this concern at the one-year **** and subsequently, they've now washed their hands completely from the issue.From our experience, Pulte will do the bare minimum in an effort to scrape every ***** out of their homes. Again, DO NOT BUY a home from Pulte.
