    I hired Revamp to do my gutters, gutter guard and soffit/fascia overhaul of my home in February 2022.We agreed on a price of 22K which was paid in full in April 2022.I reached out to the ** via text with a video of rain gushing off my roof at the front of my yard on 9/7/22. He responded via text, however he is telling me that this is the normal setup.I had a gutter system that was 100% attached to the front drain of my house. I should not be experiencing the front of my yard flooding after it rains hard. I have before and after pictures as far as how the gutter was setup prior to Revamp.This is an expensive mistake on my part. I am not happy with the outcome and I need to not have the front of my property saturated with water when it rains.I paid you to fix a problem and now you created another issue for me.
