  The professionalism of the employee *** who coordinated the whole project was trash. A two day project took 3 months to complete. They have insulted me many times during the process, told me my shutters were trash when I provided a picture prior to the work and only one shutter was damaged. They asked if I wanted them and I said yes, however they were not left any where on the property. They advised they would send me a check to replace and I still have not received. The works had microwaves plugged up to my house to warm their lunches. They left screws all I my yard and driveway which required me to repair 2 tires. There was a work stop due to them not getting the required permits. I changed from hardy board to vinyl siding which was the worst because *** kept referring to the old contract not noting the changes throughout the whole process, not mention I found a company who could have done the job for 10k less. I search the website and there is nowhere to leave a negative review. I have advised my friends and family not to use them unless they are available to be on site to babysit their workers. They said they would replace any damaged boards and if I was not on site to watch every step they would have covered big holes that they put in my house walls when removing the old siding. They damaged my roof lining and tried to deny it when the roof drip edge covers over the siding and they again denied they damaged it and the only reason they fixed it because I was not going to sign off. Im writing this because *** and no one from the company has returned my call. If you are reading this I would go with another company. I need a new door and patio but I will not be using them ever again. I wish I could give all of it back. The crazy part is they refused to do a walk thru with me and said their employees send them picture. You cant see all the issue in pictures when the sun is down. I wish I would have check BBB before. Revamp is not a good company.

  I hired REVAMP to replace 19 windows on a property that had custom sized windows (because it was an older property). REVAMP special ordered the windows, and replaced all 19 in a single day. Two months later a tree fell on the property and one window was damaged. I called REVAMP to order a replacement window (assuming I would have to pay for the new window and the install), and they special ordered the new window and told me it was covered by their warranty! So the replacement window and the install was at no cost to me! They are very professional and responsive. I will be using REVAMPs services again, and again!

  My advice would be to avoid this contractor. ****** seems like the way to go if you want a straight shooting company.I scheduled an appointment with this company to come review a property as I needed an estimate early in order to release a contractor as soon as the keys were turned over. Was told it wasn't a problem that it hadn't been closed on yet and they'd be there.Fast forward to the day before the appointment and the person who is supposed to be giving me the estimate gave me a call. Was clearly trying to get me to push my appointment time to a later time in the day or getting me to reschedule - which I could not do.Day of the appointment - I got a call 40 minutes before the appointment to say they are not coming out and that they don't just give out free estimates to people like me because I can still back out of the sale.Not a good way to do business.
