    Buyer beware! Ordered the air essentials set online, emailed customer service to see if there was anyway I could exchange and have the new sizes be here by a certain time. Before I could authorize someone to do this, they exchanged the outfit & put it on a gift card. I received the other sizes very quickly, which at the time I was thankful for! Unfortunately the sizes that I received just didnt work, I emailed customer service once again letting them know and wanted to make sure I could get a full refund to my card, they told me once an item was exchanged I could no longer receive a refund. Moral of the story, dont exchange if you worry about the items still not fitting correctly! Very disappointed this wasnt disclosed to me before the customer service representative just exchanged my order like that. Will never purchase from spanx again!

    Quite possibly the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. 3 days after purchasing, *** says they never received the package to ship. I notified SPANX and got a standard canned response saying *** just hasn't updated the status. This continues for over a week. Finally I call but the customer service line never gets you to a person. It just tells me to deal with my issue online. I finally had to contact my credit card company to submit a claim as I never received my item. I'll never purchase from this company again and would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

    I was excited to order a top that was on sale online. After waiting for delivery, I received a pair of pants!! I contacted customer service and was told, in a number of emails, that the sale item I ordered was no longer available. I was told I would receive a refund when I printed a label and returned. Customer bears all the inconvenience for their error.

    I ordered a pair of faux leather leggings and when I put them on, there were multiple areas where they looked worn/thinned out and you could see through it it was blotchy like one buttock area was thinned out and a couple areas by the calf and another on thigh. It looks awful. I went to website to return it and it said final sale! No where did it say final sale when I was buying them. So ******.

    Terrible customer service + website. They do not honor their order cancellation policy on their website. When I tried to cancel it said that the cancellation time had timed out, even though it had only been a few seconds. When I emailed about this they said they could not help me cancel the order or change the address. Essentially there was nothing they could do but take my money for a product I will likely never receive.

    I was loyal customer of ********************** with many purchases. They never sent one of my items I could not resolve the situation. Today I finally chatted with them and the item is question always stated it was in transit There is no item in transit, and they do not have any in stock. This was a Christmas Gift at a great price that I thought I had bought. I will not be shopping with Spanx. **************** is not generated to their customers. very disappointed with **********************.

    Spanx customer service is non-existent. I have been purchasing from the company for years without trouble. In early June 2024, I received an order without incident. One week later, I am trying to process an online exchange for the same item in smaller size, which is still showing available on the website. Minutes after submitting my exchange, downloading the free return label, and receiving confirmation that the exchange order was received, I receive a cryptic e-mail indicating that my return has been cancelled and I can start another one if I wish. So, I went online to repeat the process. Minutes later, I receive an e-mail from "MJ" on the Spanx **************** team telling me my exchange order was cancelled because the product is no longer in stock, even though the website shows the product in stock and allows me to place the order. In that same e-mail from "MJ," I am offered a customer code to receive a discount on a future order if I use it through "4/1/2024." (Today is June 8, 2024 -- thus, the discount code is apparently already expired.) There is no phone number to call, and the digital chat is an AI assistant so, unless I want to ping customer service on Instagram (which I don't), I have no one to speak to. I have send "MJ" two follow-up e-mails querying about the status of both the product online and the discount code, but received no response and do not expect to. As well, the "Have something to tell us? We want to hear your feedback" button on the "contact us" page doesn't work and appears to be a ruse. I'm disappointed and won't be returning as a customer, as it's clear to me that the popularity of the product has diminished the company's initial original customer-oriented values.

    Spanx customer service is nonexistent. They sent my order via *** but had them transfer it to **** without updating the tracking number. So **** can't help me without a tracking number and *** says their service ends with the transfer to **** and to contact Spanx as the sender since they labeled the shipment as surplus for transfer. No idea what that means and their Help page provides no information. The last update on the *** tracking number was 11/30/23 and it is now 12/12/23. Spanx won't reply to email or IG messaging, and their online chat is never online. The number you all have listed is a survey company.

    I placed an order without realizing that it takes a month for the delivery. May be even more. Still waiting.
