I ordered a black dress with a white collar and cuffs from the website. I was shipped a solid black dress. Not what I ordered. I now have to pay $7.95 to return their mistake. I dont want a store credit. I want my $ back so I never have to shop at spanx again!!! This should be a zero rating but that is not possible on this site.

The all time worst! I ordered an item 8 days ago. They havent even sent the package to ****** Nothing! The worst ever !!! After contacting them, they do nothing about expediting the issue. They clearly have no Intention of shipping the item.

They sent me two defective products that were stained and their return policy is ridiculous. An 8 dollar return processing fee for a pair of defective underwear and then the refund is only store credit. This is a well established company that over charges for its stained products and then wont even fix the problem. Why would I ever want to use the store credit on a company I want nothing to do with anymore.

They return policy posted on their website states free returns and refunds. It also states refunds are issued by way of the original payment method. This how ever is not true. Their actually policy is refund to gift card. This is not honest and the transparent practices they claim to enforce.

Spanx has a deceptive website and nonexistent customer service. I placed an online order that I need delivered within 10 business days, so I selected normal delivery (5-9 business days). My email confirmation stated my product would not arrive until **** business days, so I promptly called to cancel the order, only to be told (via recording) that no orders placed can be canceled or altered. I will never order a product from Spanx again.

I ordered 2 pairs of faux suede leggings from Spanx according to their size chart. I am 5'5" and weigh 120 pounds and wear a size 6 in every pant in my wardrobe. Their size chart states a medium for sizes 6-8, however, the leggings are extremely tight and there is zero chance if someone was a size 8 they would even fit into them. Unfortunately for me, I trusted their size chart but I can't return or exchange them because they were on a "final sale" that still equated to a $100 purchase, so I guess I have to kiss that money goodbye. I wish I had checked here first, not only to find out they are not accredited, but to see the honest reviews of those in a similar situation as me and not all the positive reviews they post on their website. I will never order from them again.

Defective product and useless customer service who do not really care about the issue if it doesnt fall in their policy even when its not your fault you were sent a damaged product.Ordered leather like pants and the reinforcement on one of the back corner pockets was not attached. When I pull the corner pocket reinforcement part, you can see the hole its suppose to be sewn to. I purchased this online November of last year 2021. Tags are still on and have not been worn. This is my 3rd pant that Ive purchased online within the last year or two and have not worn any of them yet. With COVID, I havent had much opportunities to wear these items. I understand theres a policy but being that I havent even worn them and it wasnt my doing that it is damaged, I just expected a better solution than sorry its too late but you can have 15% off your next purchase. Why would I purchase something again if I wasnt satisfied with the service? Their products arent exactly affordable or inexpensive. Knowing when to give good customer service when sending defective products should be a priority than saying sorry its past 6 months is ridiculous. Im a business owner myself and I know when I have to go beyond the policy to make my customers happy.
