      I have been staying in Intown Suites on ************ since 6/20. Today I had to move out before I was going to be moved on 8/22. My stay was ok up until 3 weeks to a month ago. I moved to ********* after I was offered a job. My stay with the Albemarle location was suppose to be only a few weeks, but unfortunately it had turned into 2 months. First, there is no housekeeping services. I have been keeping up the room myself. I have bought all my own cleaning products for the room. I have also been washing my own sheets and towels for my room.I had an incident in my room 3 weeks ago. I came to my room and I noticed my floor was wet and my rugs by the bed had been removed. I had to go to the manager to find out that there was a water leak from the room above and they had to go in my room and mop and remove the area rugs. Also my bathroom light stopped working.He said that someone would repair it in a couple of days, but that never happened. I did speak to the manager about being moved if the problem wasn't going to be fixed soon, but that never happen and they never followed up with me about it later.This week on early Friday morning (8/19) the water was cut off with no notice and no warning. I had to use two bottles of water to clean myself to be able to go to work. Today (8/20) when I went to the office to pay for another 2 week stay, I was told by the front desk manager on duty that I could not stay and I had to be moved out by Monday because the contractor had went into my room on Friday when I wasn't there and said that my room will have to worked on next week and that they didn't have any available rooms to move me. He said that almost all the rooms on the property are in the middle of being renovated and that was nothing available. I was upset that for one I was not told this in enough time to make any arrangements in advance and also the manager didn't offer any help in helping me move to another property.

      Hello.My name is *********************.My fiance, myself and as well as our teenage mental disabled son stayed at your facility "Intown Suites in midtown Central Downtown ******* *******" this month of August.While I have put in multiple feedback and complaint request online the only person that is calling me back is the general manager at this facility location.The general manager at InTown suites midtown downtown ********* name is *********************. During our stay we endured extreme discrimination, emotional & physical abuse and intimidating actions and remarks from ***************. On August 20th we were evicted for no reason other than ******************* personal vendetta towards people of color and people he presumes to be of lower income.Upon our arrival weeks prior we observed *************** evicting a long time resident at the InTown suites in a wheelchair because the man was $2 short on his rent and was waiting for his daughter to bring the rent at 12:00. Not allowing anyone to help the man pay. ******************* reasonings may say that he evicted us because we did not have our rent however we paid online the night before and through our bank the transaction was complete and authorized. However the InTown suites did not give us a confirmation online and we called *************** at 11:00 a.m. to verify if the payment went through and he said it did not. *************** asked where we coming to pay and we said we would be there as soon as we left the bank. *************** knew we were on our way back from the bank and while we were gone and waiting for our stepson to come and babysit for our other son, *************** quietly tapped on our door knowing our mentally disabled son was still there and let himself in the room and while in conversation with a minor which is our son, he inappropriately touched my son on his shoulder arm and chest.He told a minor which is my son that if we do not pay we need to hurry up and pack and leave his facility while he touched his arm.I was unaware that *************** had came

      Intown Suites ************* *********, ** location charged my number to the wrong room and never credited my folio. I had to file dispute with bank and they provided provisional credit. After the hotel refused to provide my folio documents or credit my folio room, my bank reversed it and now I have a negative huge balance on my account.

      We had room 219 and ************************************************************** . There was so many roaches in the room and I did request maintenance to come and they never did . It was really dirty and not up kept.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! They stole $25 dollars accusing us of leaving trash outside when it wasnt us. Someone kept putting trash in the corner by our room. We asked him to check the camera he obviously lied and said he did but if he did then he wouldve caught the actual culprit! I asked him for sheets 3 times for the dirty couch thats they dont clean. We have three kids and the bathroom door was broken he said he would fix it but they didnt the closet door was broken. They dont replace towels or sheets! Its dirty as ever in there and they dont clean! They put us in a room where a person stayed for a whole year and while we were waiting on our house to get ready we really didnt have a choice but by the advertising we did not expect the stay to be like this. The website advertises a beautiful room and in reality people have lived there so long its honestly DISGUSTING!! They are rude af! The general manager wanted to argue with us about everything it was un hospitable and un welcoming. THEN THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF FOR HOURS NO WARNING NO HEADS UP NOTHING! WE HAVE A 4 year old and 10 month old TWINS AND WE COULD CLEAN BOTTLES MAKE BOTTLES OR NOTHING! The water was back on and they didnt update anyone!! The are the worst place and people ever!!! They have no customer service line or anything 0 stars like this is not a place for families or decent people at all! Then the man was outside SMOKING CRACK BY THE STAIRS WHEN MY FAMILY AND I WERE GOING UP STAIRS !!!!!.

      No reason why they are not accredited. Their corporate office will not n handle issues. Everything is outdated buy they want to charge you for items you cannot use like internet, not to mention the roaches. PLEASE!!! Do not go through the nightmare of staying here

      Disgusting living conditions. Take advantage of senior citizens, especially those on S.S.. Drug dealers and prostitutes on property. Corporate could care less of problems faced on a daily basis. Post your review of complaints then that is the end of that. Have been made to feel threatened by employees. Something I won't tolerate!
