      If it was possible, I wouldnt have gave them no stars at all because the new manager is over the property at ******************* We have been staying here for a year and have had no until they decided to switch the managers. since this new manager has been here, she does inspections more often than what she should. When I inform her that my children are able to take a bath, she still proceeds to walk by the bathroom and in the bed with my children in the tub and all of my husband, but this is just not sitting right with me. Shes done this on more then four occasions. My last straw was Wednesday. My children were getting out of the tub and they were without clothing. She comes knocking on my door like she is the police. I tell her give me a second so that I can get my kids dressed two seconds later, and she bang on the door again I proceeded to tell her to give me a second, then she turns around and tell me when Im just company anyway so I proceeded to get up from what I was putting on my kids clothes and I shut the door and I told her my children are without clothes. You cannot come in here she then proceeds to call my husband and tell my husband that we can no longer stay here. Because she didnt like how I talk to her. The moral of the story if you have children under the age of five years old, do not stay at ************ six N. because for some reason she likes to see little children, naked, and I dont think that that is OK. I proceed to contact corporate in corporate office tells me that it is in their policy for her to be able to do that. I can send the email that they sent to me showing that that is exactly what theyre telling me so if you dont want your childrens violated? Do not stay here from personal experience do not bring your children to *******************

      In regards to the ***************** ******** location. The place is ***** infested and presents a health problem. Bathrooms are moldy and they had only one house keeper. Manager has no customer service skills. There is little to go to in walking distance in regards to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I do not recommend this place.

      I am very pleased about my stay @ this Intown Suites in ************* **. ********** staff is on top of the quality repairs ******************** of the guest @ all times.

      Was given room with filthy mattress, sunken in the middle. The room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled like nothing but smoke. I was there two days and the toilet and A/C stopped working. The manager refused a room change even when I offered to pay extra for different room. He refused to give ************ contact info and stated that other ******* Suiites locations wouldn't give me the info either. There is no telephone number to contact customer service, only an online form. I completed and their response was to see front desk.

      Husband had to stay at the **************, ** location for work. The rooms were disgusting. There is no housekeeping. You have to clean your own room before you can go in and wash all of your bedding and one towel. No cleaning supplies or bathroom necessities provided but youre the maid. He was harassed by management for sweeping his room out into the grass/**** in front of room. Yet people upstairs were throwing their cigarette butts, trash, and food into the same **** area. Property has trash everywhere. Couldnt go into lobby because management was smoking weed and had it locked up. Was told he had to walk all the way around to the back to smoke cigs yet his neighbors next to him and upstairs could smoke outside their rooms. Room filled with weed smell after 8 PM every night. Neighbors were loud and obnoxious every night. You cant stand more than two minutes outside of your room. Or the custodian/maintenance man, self-proclaimed security guard, will tell you to get back inside. Again, harassed by management and was told he should call corporate if he cant follow her 50 rules. Rules that obviously dont apply to them or everybody on the property. And then she tried to kick him off the property because he said he felt like he was in prison when she walked by his room and told him that he couldnt leave his door open, even if was just for a couple of mins while he was loading/unloading the truck.

      Hello. I've been a guest at the **************** Southpark Dr location for almost a year and a half. I've been patient when it comes to water-pipe issues such as a major leak in one of the rooms on the main level and the water had to be cut off.Today, on Christmas Eve, the water is cut off due to two rooms on the main floor again having pipe issues. Intown Suites did not take precautions to keep the pipes maintained knowing there will be extremely cold weather in the area. Guests are complaining at a crucial time. Everyone, including myself, needs to use the bathroom. I have to frequently use the bathroom due to health issues. I can't have the water turned off. Some guests are ill or have children, many things people are going through that the bathroom is highly needed. This was irresponsible of Intown Suites to not be considerate of the guests. I don't have a car. For me to move to another motel now in the wintertime in addition to the cost is giving me anxiety. I feel stuck at a place where guests aren't being notified of certain things until the last minute and things will take many hours for it to be resolved. I am considering on moving to the motel across the street. I really can't afford to go there, but it seems like I don't have much of a choice. I'm very disappointed but Intown Suites needs to be more professional and show more concern about the guests.

      If I could give this company a zero rating then I would because they dont deserve a one star. It seems Intown Suites in ****************, ** **** Rivers doesnt like disable people (discriminate). The manager wouldnt give me clean sheets or towels after repeated asking for them nor did anyone clean the room the week I was there and her reason for not letting me stay is because she heard a dog bark. Keep in mind this hotels website says service animals are allowed so hearing a dog bark could have came from any room but she singled me out and said have your things out by 12pm. I was so humiliated this woman came to my room with a man 3days earlier and he was standing in the doorway looking into my room with the so called manager (brown hair with glasses). What gives you the right to violate my space by bring your boyfriend or Maintance worker with you to ask me not to sit trash outside the door which I saw other people doing so, but by me hardly being able to walk I thought the company sends people out to pick up trash and it was only one small bag. The manager of Intown suite on ****** has no compassion for other people and never should be in management position. She is definitely not a problem solver and shes unprofessional. This is how i know its discrimination my daughter was infront of me paying for her room and she asked my daughter if she was paying for room 128 afterwards and she said no. keep in mind my daughter had already paid for her room so when I walked up with my cane she said, ***** CAN NOT PAY. They have cameras in the office if anyone doesnt believe what Im saying check the camera for 12/14/22 at 11am thats my proof.

      I have complex ptsd. I was told when making the reservation a doctors note would suffice for **** Apparently this changed when it was at the location itself(which had not answered phones when I tried to call to verify something else entirely). When we got there the facts my *** was feline was more of an issue than having *** was. They clearly allowed dogs not trained to be SA. They had to pull the dog away from newcomers etc. This was a clearly selective issue and had we been properly informed ahead rather than LIED TO we would have never made the reservation. This was clearly discrimination even if **** apparently gave them the wiggle room to legally get away with this extremely shady behavior. You either allow *** or you dont. Period. When I called intown suites cs ***** who had before told me *** would be allowed, were suddenly unhelpful once informed the location itself was contradicting what I was told when making the reservation. I was then told it was up to the location to decide what counts, which to me seemed very against the law in and of itself(if its not it should be), and if they decided to allow dogs with a letter but not cats it was up to the location. Absolutely furious. One star. Dont deal with that shady discriminatory bs and the absolute lack of help for it.

      zero stars for InTown Suites in ************* **, the ************************* is horrible and hateful and she will meet her match off-site here soon, and plus the rooms are horrible looking, smells bad in the halls so just imagine on how each rooms smells!! whomever owns InTown Suites in ************* ** doesn't value their guests at all, there isn't a toll free number to call so that the guests can verbally call to speak to someone instead of wasting time emailing, knowing the emails doesn't get read or and no response at all.. KARMA IS LIKE A SLINGSHOT IT NEVER MISES!

      We made reservations at the InTown Suites located at *************************************** 77598.My experience with what I now call the InTown Roaches Suites was to say the least awful. Our first impression when arriving to the third floor where our room is located was one of fear. The right-side wall next to the Electrical Room was/is burned. Whats behind the door? After talking to the ** (General Manager) his respond did not ease our fear of a fire hazard. He claims that the fire was not caused by an electrical problem, but cause from an external source. I asked myself, in nonsmoking hotel?We finally settle down and start preparing our souper. As soon as set our dinner on the kitchen counter, roaches start ******* out from every corner on the kitchen counter. After cleaning up the counter we moved on to the dining table just to find more roaches on the dining table; more cleaning required. After dinner we tested the shower pressure just to find more roaches in the bathroom ************ and floor. The shower pressure was very weak to say the least so we turned it off. The shower water head start dripping and within minutes, half of the bathroom floor was flooded, which explains why it was so hard to open; another hiding treasure.By now we are ready to rest and go to bed. It was warm in the room so we set the extremely loud ***** old A/C temperature to 66 degrees. By midnight we wake up sweating. The room temperature felt like 80+ degrees in my opinion, if not more. At this point we had enough and left just three or four hours after checking-in.On-line reviews are based on a scale between 1 to 5. Zero is not available, so they get a One.
