      I bought the ZEP 10 Minute Drain opener from ********** and on ALL the packages, it clearly says "guaranteed to work or it's free". I poured it down the drain and followed the instructions and it seemed like it worked. 5 minutes later, the sink was clogged up again. So in my opinion this drain opener gel did not work as promised, so "it is guaranteed to work, or my money back". I went to submit a claim and they longer honor this promise! I find this absurd since all the bottles have the "guaranteed to work or it's free" clearly visible. I find this to be misleading to the consumer!! I have read other reviews and some worked and some did not. It did not work for my drain!!

      I am requesting the BBBs assistance in obtaining the form required for a refund of $28.76 from ZEP, ***** ****************************************************************** for two purcharses of ZEP **************************************** ********, ***** that was guaranteed to work or its free but the product did not work as advertised.       June 2024 sprayed Zep Hose End Outdoor Glass and Surface Cleaner onto several windows. Product left a film, haze,slime coating on all windows. Contacted zep and provided Armeka with photos. ****** stated that she would provide a refund ( never received) and instructed me to purchase Clear vinegar and CLR in attempt to remove ZEP residue. I purchased vinegar, CLR, a sponge scrubber, and squeegee. I have also tried to remove zep film with Norwax towels. I have scrubbed the windows seven times and there is still a film, streaky , foggy appearance. ****** states that she understands my frustration and my case has been escalated. I have sent requested photos and purchased everything suggested. ****** has not responded to my last two emails. Let me point out that ****** stated that there was a chemical reaction with Zep and my water. That means that zep is aware of this reaction and continues to sell product. My windows may be ruined!! I have requested for zep to send someone to clean them and thats when my case was escalated and now no return emails. I purchased CLR

      I ordered Drain ************** from the company on Amazon. The bottle had no safety seal even though it contains a caustic substance. The bottle had opened before delivery and spilled all over the inside of the delivery box. It needed to be discarded immediately. There was not way to repackage and return the product safely. I requested a refund through Amazon and contacted the company directly but was ignored. I want a full refund.

      Purchased to zip spray bottles spray bottles lasted less than 30 days. Cannot get them returned. Fly spray for livestock was in spray bottles. Nothing caustic. I would like my two spray bottles refunded or exchanged.

      On October 27th I purchased a bottle of Zep pro strength drain opener. I read on the side of the bottle about the money back guarantee. I tried it that evening on my bathroom sink and it didn't work. I quickly emailed the company about the issue but have received no response to date. And I KNOW they received the email because suddenly I'm on their email newsletter list and get emails regularly.I paid $5.52 for the product and have my receipt from Family Dollar.Additionally, today I faxed Zep at the fax number shown on their website but the number is not a fax number and couldn't be delivered. The number I faxed was **************.

      I purchased a cleaning supply online from Zepinc.com and paid via credit card online. They took my payment, processed it and then shipped it. I was tracking my package a week later and on the 20th of June, it was supposedly with the local ********** in ******* **. The 21st came and went with no product delivery. **** site then changed to pending delivery date?! I contacted Zepinc three times. I finally was able to talk with someone at *** who informed me that the product was damaged in shipping from Atalanta to ******* and the product was disposed of?! They contacted the seller and need them to send them a claim form and they too have had no response by Zepinc. I contacted ZepInc a fourth time. Still no response or reply. At this point, I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

      I have reached out several times to ZEP product support in order to resolve this current issue with their product known as ACID WASH, a toilet bowl cleaner. This product causes damage to my fairly new toilet I have been working to resolve this issue with ******, product support. She instructed me to use baking soda, 4 oz, and reclean the toilet if using their product didn't remove the dark marks after using Acid Wash Toilet Cleaner. I have attempted to e-mail Zep, Call, and use their website again to contact Zep with no response back to date. Either they contact me about this again or I will have to file a civil suit in the courts to resolve ignoring their follow-up of this issue.

      I bought a 32 oz bottle of Zep Antibacterial ********************** With Lemon in 2021. It sat on a brown metal shelf in my basement and was never used. In February, 2023, I noticed the bottle was empty. There was a crack in the bottom of the bottle and all of the liquid leaked onto several areas on the metal shelf. When I wiped the dried liquid off, the brown paint on the metal shelf came off. It also damaged a new unopened box of ************ washing soda. Fortunately, most of the liquid was soaked up by a cardboard box that was on the bottom shelf below the bottle. I called and talked to ***********************, Principal Chemist, at Zep, on Friday Feb. 24, 2023 who said the wrong type of bottle was used for the product which allowed it to crack. I emailed pictures to him on Feb. 28. My case # was 2293000.I didn't hear from ******* so I called and talked to ***** who said ******* no longer worked there. He transferred me to ******. On March 11 I spoke with her and emailed estimates of the costs of the ************ Washing Soda, Zep Cleaner and Origami Shelf to her along with pictures. Claim #******-012401-PB-01. On March 17, I received a call from *************************, Resolution Mgr, *************************. ****** resent the pictures to *****. He asked for receipts. I found the receipt for the Origami Shelf which was bought at HSN for $99.95 plus taxes of $6.25 for a total of $106.20 and emailed that to him. I said I don't have receipts for the Zep Cleaner or ************ Washing Soda which are about $5.00 each.On March 21 ***** said he would provide an update after his investigation. I emailed him on April 22 and emailed ****** on April 29 who said she "would share my concerns with Risk Managment." On May 6 I emailed ***** again. On May 12 I emailed ****** again. On May 12 ***** said he was waiting for a reply from the product specialist. I emailed him on May 19 and have not heard from ****** or ******.I would like compensation for the 3 damaged products.
