      Purchased drain cleaner - heat. Did not work, mailed in my receipt for a refund with their claim form.It has been 3 months and no refund yet.

      In November I purchased a Zep mold/mildew product from *************** They sent me over to Sedgewick which sent me over to Zep.************************* reached out to me and upon several attempts to reach her back she has not returned my emails or calls. I tried ************** again and no one is responding. The product damaged several items.

      Purchased drain cleaner that has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their label. I followed instructions and mailed back the receipt along with their claim document on Nov. 29th. It is now Feb. 3rd and I've still not heard from anyone at ZEP about my claim.

      Zep Claim#******-012294-PB On May 3, 2022 I pressure washed my home at (930 ******************* SE. ********, ** *****) using Zep product All-In-1 Premium Pressure Wash(Pic. Attached). Contrary to your findings that I did not use the product as instructed, I am documenting my usage based on the applications instructions. For use on: Vinyl, brick, stucco, wood, concrete, cement, asphalt, fiberglass, tile, stone, metal, ******************* **** Krhovskyl of ********* ******* informed me that the instructions didnt allow the product to be used on painted surfaces. I do not see that in the instructions. My home siding is made of ****** Board cement, which is a surface covered per the instructions. Not for use on: Deteriorated surfaces, unless refinishing the surface. My home was not deteriorated nor was there any intention of resurfacing it prior to using this product. You can see the condition of the home based on the attached photos. The attached photos were taken April 28, 2022. The last 2 photos were taken a few days prior to my usage of the Zep product. I'm only seek the repair(paint) the back side of my home that was damaged. I previously informed Zep's representatives that I have security video footage of my using their product and the subsequent damage caused. Zep's claim denial:To confirm our telephone conversation of May 31, 2022 our investigation including photos provided and your description given on May 13, it appears the Zep Pressure Washer concentrate was used inappropriately and directions were not followed therefore providing non desirable results. Based on the above, we must respectfully deny your claim for damages.
