I completed the Upgrade ($25) income booster and have still yet to receive payment. Upon contacting customer service, I did not receive a response for over 20 days. When I did, I was met with dismissal and told there was a 60 day wait for payouts. However, when I started and completed this booster there was no such warning about delayed payout. As I am at or at least very close to the 60 day ***** I still have not received my booster. When I view it through the app, it also now says 90 days. You cannot change the terms multiple times after the booster is completed. I would like my money. I have NEVER had issues with Steady before now, but it seems as I'm not the only one.Business Response

I have an issue concerning the INCOME BOOSTERS of the steady platform. I have attempted to reach out and hopefully come to a resolution with steady but although I have sent several emails, requesting assistance, I have had no success in doing so - as in no reply :-(. Currently, I am owed for completion of for income boosters VARO Bank $75 ASPIRATION Bank $50 UPGRADE Bank $25 and WEBULL$45. I BELIEVE THREE OF THE FOUR ARE BEYOND THE 60 DAY WAIT TIME FRAME. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PATIENT AND I EXPECTED FOR STEADY TO HOLD THEIR WORD AND KEEP THEIR PROMISES AS WE COMMIT OUR EFFORTS AND TIME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFERS IN HOPES TO ACQUIRE THESE INCENTIVES TO HELP WHILE STRUGGLING WITH OUR OWN PERSONAL FINANCES AND LIVING SITUATIONS. I LOVE THE STUDY PLATFORM HOWEVER IT IS COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING BEING ABLE TO ADDRESS PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS WHEN THEY ARISE DUE TO STEADYS LACK OF RESPONSE AND LIMITED MEANS OF CONTACT. I AM A FIRM BELIEVER THAT COMMUNICATION IS ALWAYS KEY! I completed the Webull income booster for $45 and the Experian income booster for $5 offered by Steady well over a month ago; however, I have yet to receive my reward for either of them. I have tried to contact Steady multiple times now, but they have been unresponsive. Needless to say, I am sorely disappointed.Business Response

The Steady app promises to pay you money for completing income boosters, so I signed up for Upside and my first receipt was on June 26, 2022. Steady promises to send you $15 up to 60 days after the first receipt, so it has been well over 60 days. I reached out to their customer support on 9/13/22 and never received a response. I Never received my promised income booster payments for signing up for various things including $75 for Varo completion, $40 for Aspiration completion, $25 for Upgrade completion And $25 for Yotta completion. I even got an email saying, Expect to receive Upgrade booster payment Within 30 days, yet I got nothing. The entirety of the 30 days is up in 2 days, so it would be impossible to Receive a bank payment Within the next 2 days as bank transfers take longer then 2 days. I never received the other 3 emails that I should have received upon completion of the Varo, Aspiration and Yotta income boosters. And they never replied to multiple of my emails. I kindly ask for my promised $75 Varo income booster payment, my $40 Aspiration payment, My $25 Upgrade payment and my $25 Yotta payment.Business Response

That's 3 payments I have yet to receive, not just one. I did receive the Varo booster of $75 yesterday September 28th but not the other 3.

Urban league partnered with steady app to give stimulus money for the guaranteed income program been waiting on my money for 21 days and counting they do not answer emails I wish they would have chose a better platform because steady app isn't guaranteed to do anything there are a million reports of ppl not getting their boosters I have a 50 dollar booster as well not paid out.
