Signed up for 3 offers from Steady Income Booster. For ****************** and Upgrade. It has been more than 60 days on ALL of those offers and have not received payment. Please remedy this. All of my offers were completed according to the terms of the offers.Business Response

I completed a steady boost and without 3 months from completion I was supposed to receive $25 cash bonus (via direct deposit to my bank account). Its been over 3 months and I havent received anything. I sent multiple emails to the customer service that have remained unanswered.Business Response

I was supposed to receive a bank transfer directly into my account, not a gift card. I got an email about a gift card with no further explanation - if I didnt see the email from BBB with it, I would think its spam and would probably ignore it.
Thats not how the business should be done. Steady is clearly taking advantage of people who are already struggling.

Similar to the feedback everyone else has provided, I have waited almost 6 months for my 6 income boosters to post to my account and absolutely no progress as of Jan 25, 2023. STEADY is a platform that specifically targets low/mid income people who need quick supplemental income to make ends meet; the app openly encourages users to Make up to $XXX NOW by completing our booster offers. Naturally, 99% of users will assume that if they complete an offer to Make money NOW that they will be paid shortly after offer completion, possibly within a few days to a week however, you should absolutely NOT assume this. I completed ~8 offers after joining about a year ago. First 2 offers were slow to pay but I did ultimately receive them. For the remaining 6 offers that were completed up to 6 months ago - nothing received. Ive communicated with support frequently during the last 6 months in an attempt to resolve the issue - responses from them usually take about a month to anrriv and they are 100% unable to help you. Support members clearly admit to you IN WRITING that payments should be expected to be processed OUTSIDE the already outrageous maximum payment timeframe listed in the T&C (60 days) to roughly 90 days; additionally, they ask customers to refrain from asking for more follow up info/updated timelines because they have absolutely NO RELIABLE INDICATION of how long the delays will be. Knowing all of this information in retrospect, I would have NEVER completed ANY offer from STEADY. It should not be the customers job to push a company to follow their own payment terms/deadlines. Keep in mind: STEADY will always receive the commission resulting from your offer completion, so theres not much incentive for them to make it easy for you to receive your payment. Never a good sign when a company cannot follow its own rules. Anyhow, I am attaching the list of 6 offers that remain unpaid along with the relevant notes/information to issue payment ASAP.Business Response

Steady offered as an income booster of $75 to set up an account with ****. I followed the directions and met the conditions and I was told the income booster was in process. After more than 30 days Steady changed the promotion from $75 to $40 and can't tell me why. It has changed again to $20 but I still have not received anything and I met the original conditions for the $75. When I email them they tell me someone will get in touch with me and they say they are open 8-6 each business day M-F but no answers and no income booster.Business Response

Ive been using Steady for a while now I recently use the Chime booster which gives you $50 when you sign up and make a direct deposit of 200. In fine print it says allow up to 60 days to receive your payment I am on day 62 I have contacted them multiple times via email for the past two weeks with no response. They send a automatic email stating they will get back to you as soon as possible but here I am 14 days later no response. Its not right.Business Response

So Im really frustrated by Steadys logistics around their booster payout methology. I can understand the difficulties of responding quickly due to volume, but if policy promises arent being kept or being shifted you guys really should do a better job in informing your clients on what the situation might be pertaining to a delay of pay . We shouldnt have to ******* you guys with emails and **** you down to get the money that is promised to us according to COMPANY POLICY .I completed a booster in mid September to which after not receiving a payment within a few days as I have all other boosters I sent an email 22 of September to which I didnt receive a response until October 20. At this point theres been multiple emails sent back and forth , and Ive been patient and understanding with every explanation and policy theyve directed me too. The 60 day booster payout time frame that you guys guarantee has come and gone with me and Ive yet to see $50 from the **** booster . I have emails with you guys verifying my account and confirming the booster was completed. *** also sent an email right at the 60 day **** to gain insight on the delay to which a response still hasnt giving. I lasted contacted Steady customer service November 16 letting them know that I have not heard back from any agent regarding the boosters. I now have a total of 3 pending boosters. On September 7th about the two boosters that I had completed. I got a response on September 9th and said they needed proof that I completed them and asked me to send a screenshot. I sent the screenshots. I received a response back on the 13th of September stating that I should receive the money within 15days. When the 15 days had passed I contacted them once again. This time it took well over a month for them to respond. When they did respond on October 22nd , I was told the same exact thing that it would be another ***** days after it had already passed jsut a little over a month. I also contacted them to let them now I had then completed another booster making it three in total. They never responded. Its very unfair , and inconvenient to switch the number of days that the funds will be deposited into my account. This is not my first issue , but this has been far the worst this far.Business Response

I have completed several of the income boosters through the Steady app and have not been paid. Ive completed Webull ($45 booster) Uphold ($150 booster), Sofi ($50 booster), Survey Junkie ($10 booster) as well as a few others.
