    2 Sets of Anna Griffin nesting boxes were purchased in June 2022. ($107)The boxes were moldy. I emailed for a refund or replacement and ********************************* responded. She requested an order number which I did not have. She refused to look up my order, continuing to ask me for the number I did not have. There were about a dozen emails going back and forth for days. When I became upset ********* got the number and wrote that I was rude for saying she is useless and because i told her to do her job! ********* said she would send me new boxes and to discard the moldy ones. I asked for tracking numbers and estimated delivery date and when they would mail out. She did not respond to this request. When I tried to contact Anna Griffin for this information and to complain about this rude employee every means to reach out to Anna Griffin were blocked by *********. When I telephoned you have options to press the numbers for accounting, bookkeeping, wholesale, place an order, customer service, etc. Each extension had a voicemail LEAVE ME A MESSAGE *********, no contact with anyone except that it was *********? I tried other email contacts...all leading to *********. It would seem that ********* owns and runs this entire website. I believe this is a fraud. Beware! I would like 2 sets of new boxes sent (one white set and one black set) and I want the tracking numbers, the date they were shipped and estimated delivery date, or a complete refund $107. Thank you
