I'm a subscriber to **** and wish to cancel my subscription. I've tried every avenue to do so but failed. On line through my TV and on my computer. I've chatted with AI and given sa m e directions which fail to correct my problem. Can not connect with human and there is know phone number that I can find to call ****. Following the ***************** boys basketball tournament, the weekend of March 6-8th, I canceled by NFHS Network subscription, which automatically bills by card $11.99/month on the 19th of every month. I noticed on 5/19/2025, that NFHS Network continued to bill my account, despite the fact that I canceled by subscription and was no longer using the platform, since March of 2025. I went back through my bank statements and I was charged on 3/19/25, 4/19/25 and 5/19/25. On 5/19/25, I emailed NFHS Network with my concern. On 5/20/25, I received a response back that billing was done from ****** Play and I would have to cancel through them. When I log into my ****** Play, it does not show any active subscriptions, except my monthly fee for additional storage through ******. Additionally, my **** account does not show an active subscription. I know this, as my daughter tried to log into my **** account, to watch her boyfriend's baseball game last month, and it told her I did not have an active subscription and would have to renew to watch the game. Why is this, if **** is still collecting money from me monthly? I typically would not contact the BBB for an issue such as this; however, the company has given me no solution and does not have a phone number to actually call the company. Additionally, when I went onto ****** to try and find contact information, I was met with NFHS Network's 1.2 stars on ****** from 147 reviews. The only reason they have 1.2 stars, instead of 1, is because they received one 3 star review. Yes, you heard that correctly. Of the 147 reviews, only 1 is higher than 1 star. And a vast majority of these reviews are individuals complaining about the same thing I am filing a complaint for. To make matters worse, this is a company that is a national broadcast company/streaming service for high school athletics. This means they are ripping off families who pay for this service to watch their children play in games they aren't able to attend.Business Response

Apologies over the frustration in cancelling your subscription. We have some limitations on what we can do when the subscriptions are processed via 3rd parties like ****** but still hate that it was such a pain for you. It looks like the support team was able to get some assistance from ****** and process refunds for the last 4 months of charges. Hopefully you have the subscription successfully cancelled with ****** as well to prevent future charges but let us know if you need anything else.

The company has renewed a subscription that I did not renew. It has been billed to my **************** Account since ******** least 3 1/2 years. I did not authorize a renewal. I have not used this subscription--perhaps once as an initial trial or free one time viewing. It is possible for me to know what the letters and numbers show on my account. I unknowingly paid the bill. They just gave me a 3 month refund.Business Response

Our records show that the subscription terms (***********************************************), including the automatic monthly renewal were clearly presented in multiple steps in the sign-up process and post-purchase confirmation email. We certainly want to make this information transparent so customers like yourself are fully informed at the time of purchase. That said, we understand that these details can sometimes be missed so as a gesture of good faith, weve already issued refunds for 3 months of subscription charges and cancelled any future renewals.

On March 8th, 2025, I purchased a monthly subscription from **************************************** Associations on ************************************************ I could watch my local high school play basketball in the Varsity MD Boys State Basketball playoffs. The game was listed to come on 3/8/25 at 5:30pm. The game then said delayed and never came on. The game was never recorded or uploaded to watch on demand. I then began to look for other games to watch, like I did today, but the game said delayed and never came on. The game listings are misleading and there's no way to know whether you will see the game or not. I have not been able to catch a live game that I've wanted to watch. This is very predatory because sports lovers and those that want to support their high school can't watch the games and that's the majority of the people willing to spend $12! I'd like a full refund and a realistic live game schedule.Business Response

Purchased this to watch a boys high school basketball semifinal game. Terrible streaming, buffering and poor value for $12.00. Thankfully I only did a monthly subscription as opposed to the year. Very disappointed in the value proposition for it to offer a great service and not deliver. Waste of time and money.Business Response

On 2/28/25 I subscribed to the NFHS Network to watch my grandson wrestle in the state tournament. Since this was the last wrestling tournament of his high school career I clicked on the monthly subscription button. Instead I was automatically subscribed to a yearly subscription. I feel that this was very deceptive on ***** part. I have absolutely no reason to ever use this subscription again. In addition to the deceptive sign-up issue I am unable to talk to a person. I certainly dont have an issue paying for one month, but not for a year. I feel like I have been scammed.Business Response

I subscribed to watch my granddaughter's basketball team. I have filed at least four complaints with **** due to "technical difficulties" preventing games from being shown. They assure me they will work to avoid that problem in the future. Add in the games where the time and score are not shown or radically glitching and I maybe got three games out of more than 20, in more than a dozen different gyms. I checked other team streams and found the same thing. Meanwhile, I have yet to see a properly streamed game in the Ohio Girls BB state tournament. Do NOT pay for this service thinking you will get to see games. You may find a couple, but not enough to be worth the subscription. This site should make it clear up front how frequently purchased access will fail.Business Response

I was sick and could not go to my grandson's baseball game. I am am member of ********, and the named business had a link that said the game was being streamed, so I got a $79.99 annual subscription. I paid $79.99 to watch a high school football game that was not streamed due to the sites technical difficulties. I have attempted multiple times to obtain a refund without success.
