**** makes it virtually impossible to cancel charges. Ive wasted too much time trying to cancel TWO charges per month. They cant seem to find accounts under any of our email addresses. Ridiculous and fraudulent.Initial Complaint

For the past year we have contacted NFHS Network multiple times to end our subscription, we ended up subscription online multiple times, I spoke directly to a representative of the company and was told my subscription was canceled, I contacted our bank to halt payment to the company, and yet we have continued to be billed. This company has continued to charge me after cancelling my subscription back in June or July. I removed my subscription online and it clearly says no active subscriptions and I removed my credit card info but they are still charging me. I went to call and thier website says they dont accept phone calls so email or chat. I emailed months ago with no response and today I chatted with a bot that at the end told me they would contact me and hung up. They need to refund my subscription fees since June.Initial Complaint

My account subscription is associated with the email, ************************ I login to the app automatically, and it says I have a monthly subscription, which is being charged $12.98 monthly. The app wont allow me to cancel, it makes me go to the website.The website says my password is incorrect. Then it says the email address isnt found, which is a lie. **** wont allow me to cancel, its impossible. I need this canceled and $12.98 refunded, immediately. I subscribed to this network on December 6, 2024 I pay $12 per month and when I tune into games there is always an issue! The score is either not on the screen or blacked out for one team! I email the service team and they always use a general response. we are working on the issue but nothing is being done and the entire game no one could see the score! I called other customers and they had the same issue! So its not just my account! The score board has been an issue even when I subscribed in March! I have emails to prove I complained them. How are you charging $12 a month and not delivering the service you promised!!Initial Complaint

**** frequently simply wont work. We have missed numerous gamesbasketball, football and baseballthat our grandsons have played in because, according to ****, they are experiencing a technical issue. They experience these technical issues on a very regular basis.Initial Complaint

NFHS Network advertises games then requires you get a subscription. Once subscription is paid you will receive an error that due to technical difficulties the game will not be streamed. I tried multiple games to be sure it was just an isolated issue. After trying multiple games I couldnt get any to stream. I requested a refund and cancellation but there is just a Bot that spins you in circles. Dont waste your money on this you will be disappointed.Initial Complaint

Paid for their service and we get a report they are having technical difficulties and they will not be steaming the game. It was working for a game just before then 5 minutes later no service and no one to talk to. They only give an email address and how quickly will they respond. Guarantee it wont be before the game is over. NFHS Network wanted the business of the schools now they cant deliver.Initial Complaint

Vendor took my money and promised to deliver streaming to a football game. Like everyone else filing complaints here against this company, I did not receive the product. They immediately put up a message about technical difficulties and then 15 minute later said they weren't going to stream the game. Total fraudulent outfit. I don't believe they had any intention of providing this service. Total scam - give me my money back you frauds!Business Response

We paid $11.99 to stream a high school boys soccer playoff game. We were charged $11.99 but the game was not available. We received a message that states the automated cameras were having technical difficulties and the game would not be available. **** will not give a refund.Business Response
