    TerribleI cant believe people are charged for this service. At least of it were free I would understand. No scoreboard, no time clock. Camera doesnt cover the entire court or field in any game Ive ever viewed. Its grainy and half of the court literally disappeared while watching a game. Switching back and forth from volleyball to football. Volleyball just abruptly ends during a regional game This is ridiculous, please do better!

    Paid for a one month subscription to watch our football team in the quarterfinal playoffs. *********** that cuts in and out (mostly out), No video at all. Just a black screen that says "No signal", I don't understand why ***** continues to use them. Because of using them no one else can broadcast the games. I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea to try just one more time since this is the history I've always had with them. There is no way to give 0 starts or I would.

    Cant even rate on the quality of the picture or film. Game is in second quarter but the website says delayed. Biggest scam!

    This is a fraudulent service. I subscribed in 2021 and then canceled in 2021. In Feb ********************************** $10.99/month out of the blue. I have requested a full refund for the 9 months of fraudulent charges and they will only refund 3 months due to their "refund policy." A refund policy only applies to willing subscribers. I am disgusted that this company is still in business.

    WORSE WEBSITE. COULD NOT SEE A THING. OVER EXPOSED AND SOUND WAS SO LOW COULDNT SEE OR HEAR A THING.

    If I could give -10 stars, I would. You pay $11.99 to watch a single game your son coaches. Audio is HORRIBLE, picture is very grainy, and scoreboard NEVER updates! What a FREAKING SCAM!!

    No sound, no scoreboard, no one updating scoreboard. Cameraman completely inept. Too slow following the plays. This happens YEAR AFTER YEAR! You file ancomplaint, nothing happens. Its 2022, streaming content should not be this difficult.

    Nfhs is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The cameras dont work more than they work. There are always technical difficulties. If you have a problem you get to chat with a bot who knows nothing. Its really too bad they are such a mess because the concept is good. They just dont seem to care that they are super frustrating to deal with and dont care about fixing their tech issues.

    I paid for a 1-month subscription in October 2021 so I could watch one of my daughters volleyball game while on a business trip. I just realized that I have been billed that amount every month through August 2022. The number and similarity of complaints against NFHS from customers who have had the same issue is alarming. The company needs to fix something about how their subscriptions work. Please look at my viewing pattern. I would like a refund for all the months charged after October 2021. In addition, I just looked at my account on nfhsnetwork.com and it says I have No Active Subscriptions. Clearly, the is an issue with your account and billing management systems.
