1 starWe just had a representantive come to our house. He told us he was with a charity organization working for points. He was kind but when we told him we we were not interested in buying ****** worth of magazines we didnt want he became irate and called us entitled racists. Not cool. if you have something to sell...sell it. dont cover it in paper thin backstory and then meet the first sales objection with "thanks for not supporting the black community"Review fromBradley K

Representative was going door to door in our neighborhood. Called my neighbor racist because they weren't interested in engaging. Came to my house and left trash on my porch, then proceeded down the street and yelled at another neighbor.

Hello Im extremely sorry that you and your neighbors experienced such behavior coming from one of our sales representatives, thats not what we train them to do when customers say no or ask for more information about our organization. Just had a very interesting interaction with a salesperson. As many of the other comments have stated, they were jovial and personable until I asked for more time to research the company. They started off with saying Im black, but Im not a criminal. After that they handed me some information and talked about purchasing magazines for hospitals. After looking over the information, I asked how much it was. When I said I dont have cash on me, he whipped out a QR code. I scanned it and said oh this is great. While I looked at the webpage, he asked for a glass of water and wife gave him a bottle. When I said I would like to do more research, it was like switch flipped. He didnt like that I wanted more time and that this prevented him from being able to get his commission. I said Im sorry, but I want to do more research before I donate. He then left in a **** and said keep the water, you all dont want to help black people while walking down the porch steps. I was left absolutely flummoxed by what just occurred. Upon finding similar reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence so Im happy I didnt donate? Im skeptical to call it a donation after that interaction.D & T Connection, Inc.

He walked across my lawn and rang the bell. I open the door and first thing he says is dont be alarmed, Im black. When he asks for my name before telling me why hes knocked on my door, I say I dont know you and Im working, he starts to go on about racist remarks and eventually becomes angry and combative. I have it all on video from my house camera. I have emailed the company directly and received no response. We posted to Nextdoor and others have similar stories about calling his potential customers racist.D & T Connection, Inc.

I placed an order and subsequently had an issue and needed to cancel the order. I contacted them and they responded promptly. They followed up and did exactly what they said they would do and refunded my money. I was pleasantly surprised by their follow through. It is rare these days.D & T Connection, Inc.

Gentleman showed up at the door. Seemed pleasant. Explained he was trying to better his life. Worked for D&T to improve his "score". The more magazines you order the higher score he gets. I told him I appreciate what he is doing and wanted to research the company he was representing. He immediately became irate calling me a clown and a racist?!? Went to tell some neighbors to be aware and when he saw me started yelling at me again. I ended up calling the police.D & T Connection, Inc.

I just had a very similar situation occur- young man, ****** talkative- selling magazines as a part of a business training program. I googled the company right in front of him and as I began to show him the poor write *** here, yelp and elsewhere- he went from jovial and kind to angry. I offered to either pass, or for him to call me after I had time to do more research but he got angry and called me a b*tch as he left. I confronted his driver who seemed empathetic with my concerns but unfortunately even if they check out I would never buy based on this shady encounter. Oh, and we have a sign right at the entrance to our subdivision stating no soliciting is allowed.D & T Connection, Inc.

The guy who came by our house was very professional and calm. I typically dont answer the door for strangers, and I initially was very skeptical, but ****** was patient and explained everything well. I could never ********* like he did. Im really happy organizations like this exist.D & T Connection, Inc.

1 starSame scenario. A young man came to our door. Aggressive once I politely told him no. Called me a racist a****** for looking up his company and deciding to wait.
