    In November I was told I was eligible, for free, a new iPhone 13 by trading in my working iPhone 11. When my new phone was activated it was activated with a new 3rd. line and new number. I promptly called Infinity and the new line was deleted and the my old number was transferred to the new phone. The following day I received an email stating my promotion was cancelled because I deleted the new number. I immediately called infinity and explained the problem and was guaranteed the new phone would not be charged to my account. On Dec. 18th my new bill was received with a charge of $26.42 for the new phone. I will be charged $26.42 for 24 months. Again I called Infinity mobile twice without a solution. I gave the agent the tracking number of the returning phone which they received on Nov. 30th. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back in 1 hour. The second agent put me on hold to talk with a supervisor and after over 2 hours nobody answered the call. My old phone was in perfect condition and working fine. The only reason I acted on the trade in promotion for the new phone was because it was free excluding sales tax.
