      I am own 20 trucks and have been a NAPA customer for a long time. I went 3 times to the store on 58 in Doral in the morning and for that three times I had to wait about 15 minutes, as the employees were very busy with their conversations and laughter while the queue stretched inside the store. Does this store have a manager? I do not think so. If the store opens at 7 AM, employees must be at their workstations by 7 AM. They need to work more and talk less.

      Our car was fixed with faulty Napa Auto parts earlier this year and it ruined our engine! We had to get a new car because of this. Napa Auto refused to acknowledge that their faulty parts were the cause of our engine dying, even though the mechanic could prove it. Napa took forever and fought with the mechanic about replacing the faulty parts, even though they were under warranty! We didn't get any money back or parts replaced by them. This company lies and schemes, they are just another company of scammers! Don't use them!!

      Ordered a ship to home item turns out I didn't need the spark plugs after all. When I went to my local Napa store they told me they couldn't return online ship to home orders. I'm sorry but this day in age the fact that I now have to call customer service then wait one to two days for them to approve a shipping label is actually ridiculous. The fact that ***** the customer service agent was telling me he delt with calls like this often and yet Napa is doing nothing to fix it shows that they don't really care about fixing issues. I don't plan on ever ordering something from their online site again unless I plan to pick it ** in store.

      The Columbia Record published an article that I wrote on July 14, **** called "Celestial Dreams" and that article is now in the ************** Library. I was a staff writer for the largest newspaper company in South Carolina 42 years ago. It was a big deal then. When I walked into a business or restaurant with the press badge around my neck there was respect. Today ** at ************ Park The customer service was excellent and the way my wife of 40 years was assisted with her auto parts request reminded me of the way I was treated then. ** treated my wife with intelligence and respect. He was outstanding in the customer service he provided. I taught at 70 students at ************************** in ************ at the request of my department chairman at *********************** in ****. It was a lovely community then and it still is today 30 years later. There is no **** store in ** so my wife's trip to the **** in College Park gave her the auto part she needed and ** kept his word and had the part that he told her about on Friday August 26, 2022. Thank you ** and thank you ************ Park!

      I don't know what to say but NAPA staff really took care for my needs. I even bought a new car battery and accidentally tipped it over causing a leak.... I explained what happened and they replaced it for me no questions asked. I'm sorry that others are having a bad experience.

      Ordered parts yesterday from Cranbrook store said they will be in over night, drive in a 40 km to pick up parts the next day , they said I didnt order, lied right to me, get wrong parts quite often, lousy service , will tell everyone I know about them

      I went to the Napa store in *********** **, lake county. I first called this past Monday and asked for a tire rotation at 4 on Tuesday since thats when I get off work, I was told that was fine but when I got there they told me they were busy and couldnt help me. I asked to come back today Wednesday, and they said that was fine, I get there at 4 and no one is there and the doors are locked. The store hours show they are open until 5.
