    Dishonest business practices, a whole bunch of crooks, I had my car serviced this past November of 2024/ for a wheelbarrow replacement, along with the the front brakes pads , I have purchased an extended warranty with my credit union at the time of the purchase of my 2019;BMW 540;I M Sport , long story short , I submitted my insurance contract along with telephone number and contract number and what this dealership did was to perform all repairs without the insurance pre authorization and try try to submit the claim for the insurance to cover more than $1900.00 worth of repairs, my insurance company DENIED THE CLAIM BECAUSE SONS AUTOMOTIVE FAILED TO GET THE AUTHORIZATION FIRST & come to find out that my insurance company DO NOT WANT TO BUSINESS WITH THEM I had to file an unauthorized claim and my insurance was nice enough to reimburse me $746.00 out the $1900.00 beware STAY AWAY FROM THEiR BUSINESS PRACTICES.I have contacted ***************** and filed a complaint and I am getting ready to call the BBB to make sure that my complaint is received, I have documents and proof of payment for what they did to me and they had the nerves to ask me to sign a whole bunch of paper work when I went to pick up my car , I gave them the look of a black man and I simply and told them that it would be best for them to give me my keys because I had already paid for the repairs online with my credit card , they went and got that Managerr by the last name of ******* who tried to patronize me by promising that he would do right by me , I simply told to hand me my keys so I could be on my way , it has been more than 2 months , never heard from this people ever again , they fired my service advisor, I dint want to put her name here because I know she is probably looking for a job and next t(ink I hears that manager got the h*** on as well , so of course I can forget trying to get my money from these people , I am still $1200.00 out of pocket , again take your business elsewhere.

    To whom it may concern, The issue ******** ****** had with their vehicle was from impact damage extended warranty companies do not cover outside influence from impact meaning the part on the vehicle did not fail. The customer should have contacted their ******************** insurance company at the time vehicle was here for 10 days. out of that $1900.00 bill it also included front pad and rotor replacement. his total for the repair not the brakes was $1,190.44.We appreciate ******** ****** business but unfortunately the vehicle did not fail, and his extended warranty does not cover damage from outside influence.Sincerly, Sons Auto Group

    This facility has given me the run around since February 2024 and NEVER told me my truck was damaged on property. **** denied it happening there, but I have video showing my truck was not damaged upon arrival to the facility. Each service advisor I had was fired, nobody could tell me anything. **** never got back with me for he said he'd run the cameras to see what happened. I've called for 2 weeks 2/3 times a week and no response for he knows it happened there. I want my compensation for the damages to my vehicle such as my front bumper, hood, trunk will not open and the rear bumper. I will NEVER bring a vehicle and will let others that mention *** South Atlanta to look elsewhere, this place and staff is trash...

    I ordered parts for my *** online from Parts *** South Atlanta, which appears to be co-owned by Sons because my second receipt said "Sons Bavarian". I have ordered successfully from Parts *** South Atlanta many times in the past with no issues at all, but something must have changed recently. No responses to my numerous emails asking for an update on my order -- and i sent emails to 3 different email addresses they have listed. My parts were never received. No responses to my phone calls. I gave them a deadline for responding to me or i demanded a refund. no response. So they have my money and i do not have the parts -- i am left to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This appears fraudulent to me and BBB should be aware.

    **************** was HORRIBLE!!!!!! I brought my 2012 X3 in for a routine maintenance oil change and to check my radio/dashboard display due to a DELAY with the radio coming on at time of push start. My vehicle was there for 6 days!!!!! My scheduled appt was 12/19/2023 @ 8:30am. No offer of a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience!!!! When I finally picked it up on 12/27/2023 the check engine light was on, a hazard light showing, time wasn't showing and date shown was 12/20/2023. As a black female being told by two white males, I was told it was nothing they could do about this. I was also UTTERLY insulted to tell me that my check engine light was on at drop off. At this point you're insulting my intelligence and calling me a liar as well as BMW of South Atlanta not taking accountability of doing a SHABBY JOB!!!! I was also told my vehicle is 11yrs old and its old. I have only 109K miles and it's WELL taken care of. We also have other *** that are in EXCELLENT condition due our care!!!!! I feel if I was white I wouldn't have received this type of treatment!!!! I bring my vehicle to professionals because I EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!! I was treated as though I was beneath their feet!!!!! My husband and I will NEVER bring our ***s back to BMW of South Atlanta and will NOT recommend anyone else to do so!!!!!

    I took my *** to BMW of South Atlanta because the engine light on my dashboard was on. I was specifically told that the reason the engine light was alerting was because several sensors in the vehicle required replacement. The cost for parts and labor came out to a final cost of over **** dollars. The service department kept my *** for nearly a week because I was told the parts needed to be ordered. After a week and being told my car was ready for pickup I found to my astonishment that the engine light was still on. I then took my vehicle to a different *** dealership where I was told that my vehicle simply required a battery to be replaced. I was charged for repairs I did not need and unnecessarily inconvenienced in the use of my car if i can not get this matter resolved amicably I will simply have to take this matter to court.
