    Placed and ordered with this company on 8/20/2024. When I received my order on 6/9/2024 I did not receive all of the items I purchased. *** made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the company but the company has not responded. *** even tried to contact them through their social media account. The company continues to post on social media almost everyday but will not respond to their emails. Im seeking a refund for my item asap.

    Order was placed May 14, 2024. I was provided a link for delivery to which provides no delivery date and can not be found. I have sent several email to the email address provided by the God Is Dope website and receive no response other than they auto-generated response. There is no phone number to actually speak with someone. So I am left with no other option than to file this claim. I am open to receiving the products I paid for or a full refund including shipping. Thank you

    I placed an order March 25th, 2024 in the amount of $40.14. My order number is 7G2319905. This order consisted of 2 classic box logo hoodies both in the amount of $15.99. One hoodie was received (army green). However the black hoodie was not received. On their website it states that if the hoodie is not received within normal processing time to reach out to their customer service. Several attempts to contact the businesses customer service has resulted in no answers, no response, and no hoodie. I have also attempted to reach out to the owner, ***************************. This has resulted in no response either. Please help me resolve this matter. I purchased a product from them and I expect to get the item I purchased.

    On 3/17/24 I ordered a sweatsuit from this company online. On 3/29/24 the company sent me an email stating the outfit I ordered runs small so they sized up for my satisfaction and that the order has shipped. Never giving me the opportunity to keep my original size. About a week and half ago I received the sweatsuit and it is HUGE. Way to big (like 3/4 sizes up). I have sent multiple emails to the company asking how to start a return and messaged them on instagram and have not received any response. I just want a refund. I am extremely disappointed!

    I ordered an item from the company on 3/16/24. I was sent an email AFTER ordering that my order could take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. My order processed on 3/29/24. My order was out for delivery 4/1/24. I received my item, and it was the wrong size. I immediately sent an email with images on 4/1/24, stating the issue and requesting a resolution. Today is 4/5/24 and I have received no communication from the company. I grew more concerned when I began to read reviews from other customers with similar issues to mine and WORSE! I want a full refund! I also want this company to be penalized for unethical business practices.

    I have placed several orders with this company in the past four weeks. One order was placed and paid for on 02/25/2024. My others that have been placed after have been shipped but 7 items purchased has not been shipped or updated. I have reached out to company via email and social media and have not received an update on my orders. The company does not have a phone number and no one has responded to my email.

    I purchased a tee shirt from the Companys website. I received a message stating that my package was delivered on 01/20/2024. I emailed the Company on 01/21/2024 and 01/22/2024, regarding my package. The Company informed me to contact the carrier about my package status. God is Dope Company never offered me a refund nor to replace my item missing.

    I placed two orders with God Is Dope and later realized I input the incorrect shipping address. I have emailed the email distro several times with no response and had a friends send a direct message on my behalf to their Instagram with no response. Order numbers are 7G2251149 and 7G2243177. I would like to resolve by God Is Dope sending the orders to me. Thank you.
