    Ive never received any type of promo offers or product info from this company until holiday 2023-4 season when they emailed me a $20 gift card as an I miss you gift. 1/6/24, Ordered Praying On My" Tee Natural/Pink/Maroon size Medium. Put my billing & shipping address as the same (********** **) before submitting my order. Once my order was submitted, I noticed my shipping address was NY & not **. Contacted them the same day the order was placed with the correct shipping address I didnt hear from them until over a week later refusing to update my shipping address nor give the refund Ive requested. The carriers ********** were unable to assist stating the Merchant had to make the changes. **** sent the package back the *************** me an email. ******** is refuses to resolve the issue by sending my order to the correct address I provided or refund and now has committed fraud taking my money and merchandise I paid for. They used an email offer to scam me out of my hard earned money and product. This company is fraudulent & have several complaints against them in their page scamming people & horrible customer service. I havent heard anymore communication from the company from the additional emails Ive sent regarding my order that was sent back to them. They are using ****************** as a smokescreen to scam people. I am highly upset they now have the product I paid for & my money.

    I placed an order for two shirts. Order number #*******. I received the shirts in early November. The main shirt I was wanting had a hole in the sleeve and I contacted the business over two weeks ago to either refund or replace the shirt. I would prefer it to be replaced because the only reason I made the purchase was for that shirt (P-01-A-105-A-012). They have still not responded but have sent many advertisements.

    On 7/22/22 I ordered three purses from GodisDope that I have never received even up until present. Initially, when I ordered my items, the ship out date was September 2022. On 9/9/22 they sent out an email saying orders were delayed in ********. Looking for an update I emailed on 9/21/22 and received a response on 10/11/22 and they still did not have any new info on when my order should be shipped out but mentioned no orders could be canceled and that all purchases are final, even though the issue was not on my end.In December, I finally received info on shipping information which is also included in the attachments. I was contacted by a company named Veho shipping via text saying there was a shipping issue with my address, which I do not understand because the address I provided godisdope is my correct address ***********************************************************************************. I have never had any other issues with any other company about getting my deliveries. So, I found this odd. I responded to the text with my PO box address so that I might try to get my delivery to an alternative address and received no response. Afterward, when I looked up tracking info, it listed my address was an issue and the items were returned to sender. I originally paid for my order in installments with Affirm and paid it in its entirety (also attached) but, being I never received my items and no help from godisdope, I tried to dispute the charges with my bank. In doing so, it created charge-back with Affirm as if I never paid. When I reached out to Affirm, they recommended I reach out to the BBB to help get a case started and a resolution. Ultimately, I would like a refund for these items I never received.I have been reaching out to Godisdope to no avail. They are not responding to my inquiry for a refund on my order. Going through their instagram comments, unfortunately I am not the only one to have issues with receiving order items from them. I am hopeful to have this issue resolved.

    I purchased from this company on *****. Per the receipt it takes 2-4 weeks to ship. No updates have been provided. I reached out several times to see if ordered would be delayed. Once deadline approached and passed I emailed. No response.

    I made a purchase on October 1st today is the 27th of October. I haven't received my purchase,a refund, or any type of response in regards to my order I have tried to reach out in all ways possible about the matter and nothing. It's horrible customer service. I use to be a continuous shopper..bragged and told others to make purchases as well..not any more it's sad that this is going unnoticed

    I've ordered from this company multiple times and never had an issue until I placed two orders on order September 6, 2023. I have received the second order placed, and I haven't received any updates on the first order, no shipping updates, or anything. I contacted the company on multiple occasions via email, instagram, and ********* There hasn't been any response on any platform. I would love to just receive my order.

    I placed a $61 order over a month ago and have not received my order. I purchased from them numerous times and they have been late with previous orders but not over a month late. I have emailed 4 times and have not received a response. I just the automated response saying they have received the email and will respond shortly but I havent gotten a response.

    I made a purchase a few months ago order number FTLLWIBT20966175 4 t-shirts in the amount of $91.96. I never received my order. I made several attempts to email the company God Is Dope regarding my order to seek resolution and no responses to any of my email communications to date (emailed 7/30/23, 8/8/23, and 8/29/23). This is what led me to write a complaint to the BBB to assist in resolving my matter at hand. I would like my merchandise but at this point I am seeking a refund for my order. I've always received my merchandise but this is the first time I did not receive items I have purchased from this company. Please assist with solving my concern. I'd like a refund or my t- shirts.     ORDER 7G2187701 Made on 09/18/2023 I was browsing on the site and was looking to purchase a shirt. While trying to back out of a screen my phone froze and then during that the purchase button was accidentally pressed. I tried to cancel immediately after but the site does not have a button to cancel an order at all on the site or page after the accidentally purchase was made. I sent multiple emails to the company this past week and no response however they can send me promos to my email to purchase more stuff smh I am aware it is against the law to not have an easy option to cancel a purchase so id be happy to get my money back and see a change in their site that makes it easy for consumers and not make them regret buying anything from them
