On 11/15/22, I purchased two t-shirts from God Is Dope's online website. I received said shirts on 12/5/22. I opened the package and immediately noticed that the shirts were defective. I sent an email and pictures to God Is Dope's email, letting them know my displeasure with the items received. On 12/12/22 i received an email from ******, staff with God Is Dope stating, "All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchange or refunds. On their website it states effective 12/1/22 ALL sales are final. I purchased my items prior to 12/1/22 and there was no mention of All sales being Final when the order was placed 11/15/22. I filed a dispute with my Bank and still waiting on the results. I want a full refund. This company is using GOD's name to steal money from their customers. This company thinks it can send customers anything and we are supposed to just accept it. This company needs to be shut down. From reading the reviews on BBB and their website they have scammed a lot of people out of their hard earned money in 2022.Initial Complaint

God is dope Advertised a pre-order on new release hand bags in JULY 2022 for delivery in Oct 2022. Once october passed no communication about orders. Reached out countless number of times via email and social media which is @godisdope. The comments are FULL of upeset customers because no one from company are responding to inquiries or cancellation requests. Its 12/6/2022 and i have requested a refund maybe five times now and not ONE response and no hand bag still.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/12 that said my order would be shipped out before black Friday. My daughter and I ordered on my same day. She received all updated and her package. I have received nothing. I have attempted to reach out to company three times via email with no response. I now have two open orders with no updates or tracking information. On August 2, 2022 @ 1:04am, I purchased two handbags from God is Dope on their on-line store. These bags were $49.99/bag and they were pre-order. I paid for my purchase through the Affirm option and immediately approved. I received an email from Route shipping to track my order, informing me that a would receive a tracking number. My first payment was deducted from my Amex on August 17, 2022, then August 31, 2022, September 14, 2022, and last deduction on September 28, 2022. These pre-order bags were due to ship out between September 10th - 22nd. On Friday, September 9, 2022, I received an email from God is Dope ******************************** that said "Hey ******, Unfortunately, the Pre-Order handbags have been delayed at the *************. The product is en route to our facility, however, currently it's sitting on the boat due to the port being backed up. Therefore, the bags might not ship Sept. *****. We apologize for the potential delay - we know this is a much anticipated product. We will keep you informed as we receive more information as to when the handbags will be delivered to out warehouse. As your order is shipped you will receive tracking info...." On Monday, 10/26 I received an email from the company saying "Hey ******, The boat the pre-order handbags shipped on has finally docked and going through the process of clearing customs. We will update you again when the handbags deliver to our factory. Thank you for your patience!" After not hearing from the company or receiving a tracking number I reached out via email, replying to the above mentioned message, requesting a status update. I received an automated "Message blocked" reply. On 10/19 I received another message saying the they received tracking update and expected delivery to their facility tomorrow 10/20 by 7:00 pm. As soon as the handbags arrive we will have our team working overtime to get your order shipped" I've run out of characters. This company is TRASH. I want a full refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this merchant on Oct 3rd. My order was supposed to be delivered on 10/7. I waited for a while because I know **** always has a delay but then I contacted the merchant on the 15th to let them know that I still hadn't received my order and if they could assist with the status. I never received a reply. I also sent a message on Instagram as well...that message did not receive a reply either. To date, I've sent four emails and all of them have gone unanswered. I contacted **** and they advised that the merchant needs to issue a refund to me and then file a claim with them. I've also disputed with my bank and they aren't able to get a response from the merchant either. I read through some comments on their IG page, and it seems like everyone is having the same issue with them. I want my money back ASAP or the products that I ordered.Initial Complaint

I preordered 2 hand bags on July 22 with the expected ship date of sept *****. I contact company via email sept 27 because I didnt receive shipping update. The company did not reply I emailed again on 10/12 advising I will be taking further steps for them to reply and state follow their Instagram page for shipping updates . I placed an order on 8/20/22. 2 weeks later I hadnt received info about the order, even though website states orders will be processed within **** business days, so I emailed them asking about the order. I was told that the order would be shipped soon. 9/15 comes and I still havent received any info about my order so I emailed again asking that the order be canceled. I hadnt received a response so I emailed again on 9/21 asking for the order to be canceled. Still no response. So last week I asked for my bank to dispute the charge. A few days later I received an email stating that my order was shipped. Today I received my order and its missing an item. I didnt receive any communication about my order being shipped unfulfilled, yet this company took the full amount of my order from my account. I also asked for said order to be canceled twice before it was even shipped and was ignored. I do not want this order and would like a full refund. I placed an order with God IS Dope on 30 August 2022 amount of $107.47 and still have not received my merchandise. I have emailed them twice with no response. I would like my money back. I have ordered from this company before and never had an issue.
