    Did not receive sweatshirt order on December 11 th. Company won't respond to emails sent . 103 dollars and have not received item.

    Order items from the retailer on 12/15 on the website it stated that it wojld take 2-4 weeks to for the order to be shipped. I havent received tracker information I emailed the business and no reply.

    I placed an order with this business on 11/12/22 it was guaranteed you would receive your order by black Friday. As of today I still haven't received any order or email from the business. I've sent several emails with a very generic reply that my email was received and being reviewed. I'm seeking compensation for a full refund of money spent. I've attached emails of my interaction with this business along with my receipt.

    This company is selling items and them ghosting customers with no further communication. I placed an order with a guaranteed ship date of December 16th. I have send several inquires about my order and received no response. Their contact info says they respond in 48 hours. I went to their social media and found that several other people are experiencing the same thing. At this point, it seems like they are taking peoples money with no plan to deliver the product. This is poor customer service, bad business and honestly means for closing of the business if this persists.

    Back on November 28th I got a text message from God Is Dope regarding a sale they were promoting t-shirts for sale for **** each & priority shipping. They stated that ALL orders would be shipped by 12/16 & that it would take 3-5 days for shipping. My order has not been fulfilled nor shipped. I've been emailing them...reaching out via social media & no response has been given at all. They've deductec my money back in November as well. I have ordered from them in the passed with no issues but this time I feel like I'm being frauded! If you view their reviews & online platforms on ************ multiple people are having this same exact issue. There is a serious problem happening with this *********** feel it needs to be addressed!

    I placed an order on November 28th and only received one email that said the order was received. It also indicated that all Black Friday orders would ship on December 16th. The items ordered were not pre order items, therefore shouldnt take the *** 3-4 weeks. Ive emailed them multiple times as well as tried to reach them via their social media accounts, still no response. There are so many complaints in the review section on their ******** page of people going through the exact same thing as me! At this point, it seems to be a scam. These were Christmas gifts. Ive ordered with the company multiple times before and never had an issue until now. I just want to be refunded. Id love to receive my items, but not a month later nor do I want any defective items.

    God is Dope had a major sale doing Black Friday. I ordered about $294 worth of stuff. I have yet to receive and type of updates and responses regarding my update. At this point I would just like my money back. I dont want the hassle of having to waiting another 6 weeks for the items I paid for. I want a refund.

    I placed an order on Godisdope.com, which was successfully Confirmed: Order BF20221970296. My purchase contained an order of 14 items (8 sweatshirts/6 t-shirts) subtotal $195.86, shipping $13.95 with final total of $209.81. As we near Christmas, I have yet to recieve any shipping correspondence. I have emailed the only means of contact to their company over a dozen times.Each time I receive an automatic response by ******* that informs me that my message has been received and is being reviewed by their support staff, but nothing ever follows. I check all means of customer support, which leads me to their social media platforms one of which is ********* Upon looking at their reviews I see the vast number of customers attemping to do the very same thing. Customers just trying to gain information on their orders/shipping. Aside from the lack of information and or communication, this is rather frustrating and very disappointing. I have purchased from GID a few times before, but never such a large order like this one. Needless to say, I would like to file a complaint because I don't know what else to do. I'm unsure if I'll even recieve this order by Christmas and this experience has proven to be a truly unsavory one. This complaint is to shed light on the dark aspects of this company in hopes that in time other customers don't have to go through the same thing. Hopefully, in time this company will become a better organization that truly values it's customers and wants to help them.I would be please to get my money back, but if not....I'd still love my order! I'm just thankful to know that my words can help with this issue and with your assistance moving forward.Kind regards,******************************* ************

    I made a purchase November 12th. I purchased sale items. 3 hoodies for $19.99 a piece. I paid for priority shipping for my items to ship before Black Friday. My total was $73.92. It is now December 17th and I still dont have my 3 items. A shipping label was created almost a month ago and thats all. I have contacted the company numerous of times with no response. My money was taken to never get my product. I dont know what else to do. All I want is my 3 hoodies or my money returned to me.
