    I made purchases in the past with little to no issue. Then I made a larger order because I genuinely like the product and lo and behold no product, money taken and zero response from the seller. They also offered/advertise a free tee that I selected but is not showing in my order under the ruse that it sold out, it is very present on the site still. I have made multiple attempts using every possible avenue to contact the company to find out what is going on with my order and there is never a response beyond the automated we got your message, someone will reach out shortlyThis company is hiding behind the name of God but absolutely not being Godly or even just honest

    I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt in April 2023 and it was returned by ***** because it was damage in transit. God Is Dope received the order back from ***** and has never resent the order back to me. I reach out to Gods is Dope via email numerous times about the situation and no one has contacted me neither via email or a phone call. No refund or no order received. I will never order anything from God Is Dope again.

    So the original issue was because I used the incorrect address. At this point, I know I lost the money I spent. What I do have a problem with is that I have messaged them for help several time and received no response. It bugs me for them to rep ************ in such a messy way. The bare minimum of customer service is responding to customer contact. I was ignored and its not ok. Just know if you have an issue, they wont help. Buy at your own risk.

    DO NOT TRUST!!! NEVER RECEIVED ***** and customer service is blowing me off completely now. I am reporting this business to the better business bureau because I have sent them 4 emails proving the item was returned to shipper and I never received the item, they got it back, yet they WILL NOT SEND ME A REFUND OR THE ***** I ORDERED AGAIN! I am honestly disgraced that a so called company would be so disgraceful and steal from paying customers. THIS IS MY 2ND TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND EVEN THE FIRST ***** FELT CHEAP AND MADE OF COTTON MATERIAL so shrinks in wash.

    The message this brand is profiting behind makes this experience that much more disheartening. Ordered over a month ago, no contact from them and no product delivered. Filed a complaint with BBB and the company told them my order was returned with no forwarding address. Never mentioned that to me and furthermore, two days after I filed the complaint I get an email saying partial order has been shipped. Very disappointing that this company is this low & unprofessional but even worse that not much can be done about it. Well see if the partial order even makes it to me.

    STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGED MY FOR AND ORDER I DIDN'T EVEN PLACE. I TRIED REACHING OUT TO THEM VIA EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA AND NO RESPONSE, I HAVE TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD AND ORDER A NEW ONE DUE TO FRAUD FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS VERY SAD HOW THEYRE USING GOD FOR MONETARY GAIN SMH

    I ordered over $90 worth of products in January and its a month later and still l havent received them. No response to my emails and I have been ghosted by them, I never got a reply back and this has never happened to me before and now Im out of $90 and no product. They need to be sued and closed immediately for fraud and theft. BBB please help the many victims who have been affected by this scam.

    I have ordered from this company at least 10 times. However the last 2 times December 2022 just got my order a week ago again on January 11th 2023 still nothing. I notice its taking longer and longer. They only seem to respond Thursday, Friday and Saturday. However when I say Ill just have the bank pull back the money and cancel the order I get a response and it ships out within 48 hours. If I get this last order from 1/11/2023 for $245.00 this will be it. Horrible business practices.

    its a scam, they dont fulfill your orders.. dont waste your time! its been roughly 2 months and i still havent gotten any of my packages. Still working with my bank to dispute this charge.
