    If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order in December we are in February and I still haven’t received my order. I sent several emails and no response. I will NEVER buy from them again. How dare you use God’s name for a business where you steal peoples money. Very very unprofessional

    This company use to be better than it is now since they got new management, im not broke but Im not paying 15 + shipping just to wait a month for my shirts, etc STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I placed an order with them on Dec 8, 2022 and havent received anything. It was my first (AND LAST) time ordering with them. I emailed them 3 times regarding my order. A week after that 3rd email they responded by telling me that my order had been unfulfilled and that when its fulfilled they will send me a tracking number blah blah blah. Well duhh!!! Thats how ordering and shipping goes. The problem is I have not received an order that was placed more than 30 days ago now. They have a no refund policy so theyre basically thieves in the name of THEIR god. My order was well over $100 and the money I work for was stolen from me by a black owned company using Gods name in vain. Shameful!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. DONT DO IT.

    I placed 2 different orders on Dec 1 & 5 and havent received neither and its a 2023. I sent an email requesting a refund and to not send the order with no response. With that being said, they are ignoring emails and processing how they feel regardless of what it said when I ordered. It said 2-4 weeks and here it is 2023 (1/12/23) with no merchandise or response from them. Buyers beware, it seem to be a scam at this point.

    I placed an order back on Black Friday with a shipping date of Dec. 16th. I raced out to them via SM and email. Unlike many others they did reply. However they were requesting that I send them a duplicate payment via cash app and they would refund my original payment. I told them I did not feel comfortable doing that since I made my payment through their actual website and they told me to trust the process. I requested a refund and still has not been received

    Quality is horrible (cheap supplier with inconsistent results), customer service is non-existent, they lie, they manipulate, and they stealbecause they dont ship out products. They have to be approaching bankruptcy because it seems like theyre selling knowing they cant fulfill the order. Theyre using those funds to fulfill previous orders. I hope they get sued and shut down.

    I did not want to give any stars at all.I too used to love this brand but the lack of response to multiple emails and social media direct messages show they do not care about their customers or their own reputation.They guaranteed my order to ship by 12/16 and when I saw on 12/17 my order was still sitting in the unfulfilled status I reached out right away. This order was for a Christmas gift and now I will have to spend more money trying to find a last minute gift to take its place. Here we are on 12/20 and have begged and pleaded to what seems like a unmonitored email box and social media account.

    I really hate to do this as I love(d) this brand up until now. I am a religious influencer and have been wearing this brand for a while. I August I made a pretty large order of over $400 in items. One of those items happened to be the handbag that others have mentioned about being held up for months. However this was only one item. The only time customer service has responded to me was when the announcement first came about the bag delay and I inquired if the rest of my items can go ahead and be shipped. To which this request was denied as all items had to ship together, fast forward 3 more months and the bag is finally on the way (December 14th) however, only part of my order is coming with it. So, I waited 6 months, was told I had to receive it all at once, yet the bag is here and I am still missing 80% of my order. I have emailed numerous times and no reply from **************** as to where my items are. Needless to say, I wont be repping this brand in content anymore because I would never want to recommend this level of horrible customer service to my followers. Where is my order? I receive the apparent hold up (after 6 months), so what is the hold up now? This lack of transparency is ridiculous. I am so disappointed. Also not to mention some of the stuff that came I didnt even order. Was that an attempt to give me a free shirt to make me feel better? How do you mess up this bad? Lastly, I want to mention that the quality of the shirts has gone down from the original shirts fold by this brand, the shirt I received this time was very thin, flimsy and bad material. The puff print on the shirts isnt even puff its regular screen printed. This is so disappointing for so many different reasons. Please 1) respond to your customers and 2) just do better in general. I would no longer recommend purchasing anything from this brand and I will tell my followers the same.

    I don't want to give them one star but it makes you give atleast one. I placed an order for ****** on 11/13/2022. They charged priority shipping and said it would ship before Thanksgiving. My order still hasn't been processed. I have ordered twice with no problems but this time is different. They do not respond to emails if they do it is vague abd doesn't tell you any information about your order. ****** is RUDE in her vague emails. If you don't mind waiting months for your merchandise (now I'm wondering if I'll ever get it.) Then order from them. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. It's sad we can't support our own people because they don't care about how they treat their customers. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! NEVER!!!!!

    I am upset I placed an order November 18th. I saw that the items will be shipped in **** business days. I was ok with that because I was assuming that I will receive the items before Christmas so I can ship them to a friend for Christmas. So when I got back online states orders will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. I wasnt aware that people have negative comments about the shipping until a few days ago. The total came up around $44 bucks. I emailed them today in reference to my order and have not received a response back. Really sad if the company is taking people money!
