    I ordered the Lobster Egg Rolls 7/22/23. It is now the end of August and I have NOT received my order. *** called, sent messages is Instagram, and text and no one has responded. At this rate, I do not want the order. I received an update in July stating that my order was at the post office waiting for the item to be shipped from the consumer. It never reached the ************ This place is taking ppl money and not sending out products. I no longer want the product. I would like a FULL REFUND because its unprofessional to do business like this.

    I purchased the butter sauce on line and I never received it .I have sent several emails they never respond to the email.they are a SCAM! But they received my money.something should be done about this I ordered this august 17 2023

    Bought the butter sauce from them online on 5/27/23 and have not received my order after multiple attempts to contact them through phone, email, and social media. They delete comments from other people who have the same issue as I do and also deleted my comments. They are a scam.

    When purchasing, they answer your messages within minutes. Once they steal your money, they go ghost. I ordered on 7/23. Heard nothing. Sent an email on 8/1..bo response. I DMd them through IG on 8/6, no response. received an automated a shipment from your order is on the way email on 8/7, which I instantly knew was just smoke & mirrors. As of 8/12, still no movement on the tracking info. They have comments turned off on most of their IG posts. I responded to other customer complaints there and was blocked immediately after. I hope they are put out of business ASAP. They are bottom of the barrel con artists

    I placed an order on 7/22/23 and received confirmation that they received my order. Deliver was suppose to be 8/1/23. I have called and texted several times but have not been able to get a respond from anyone. Now after reading these complaints I realize its all a scam. Im going to expose this establishment for what it is. I will not let up until I get a refund.

    Sooooo I'm a first time customer that DM'd them to inquire about their "self-love egg rolls" with overnight delivery, as they are currently promoting on IG - I live in **** btw. Rec'd my invoice on 5/18, paid THE SAME ******* ain't seen a package of egg rolls since!!!! Messaged them MULTIPLE ************ just "like" my comments. WTFFFFFFFFFF! SCAMMERS!!!!! Do you REALLY think you just gone keep my $123.00???? HUH??? Ummmm NO! I am reporting y'all ******* WILL get my refund!!!!!! THEY say support black businesses ... hmpt! ... y'all done ****** around & messed with the WRONG ONE! ???

    I placed an order for 1 case of crab egg rolls 2 cases of self love egg rolls I spend $344 on may/20/2023 and Ive been contacting them every day with no answer I posted a comment under one of the pictures and they deleted Saturday they said they were going to make sure it was sent I have yet to receive ******** it looks like Im out of $344. Im so ******
