      I made a purchase on 11/25/21. I ordered seven (7) items. As of today, 9/10/22, I have yet to receive four (4) of the items. I contacted Support Black Colleges on 6/14/22, 8/5/22, and 9/10/22 and the issues has yet to be resolved. I would like a refund for the remaining four (4) items that were never shipped.

      I placed an order (order #******) for a hoodie in the early part of April 2022 (I believe April 2nd) and I have yet to receive the item or a refund. I followed up several times with the company via email and some times I would get a response and other times I would not. I asked for a status and they said please be patient. I finally asked for a refund and on July 20th of this year I was told "We are extremely sorry we are unable (to) issue refunds at the moment". "For any and all items that we are unable to fill, a customer service representative will reach out to you directly with options for alternative SBC products".No one has reached out to me. I have always reached out. I want to know how can they not deliver on an item fully paid for nor issue a refund after 4+ months. Not only do I want the item I paid for I want some other sort of restitution. If I need to send proof of the email I will gladly do so.

      I ordered two shirts on June 19, which both stated on their website were in stock and the right size, only last week did I get feedback on my order which still hasnt arrived yet and it has been 6 weeks. I was emailed one shirt wasnt in stock anymore so I wanted a refund and not another shirt, but they only have store credit right now but it was their mistake to begin with and my purchase was $60 for two shirts. One for Juneteenth and the other supporting black colleges and yet the Juneteenth one was no longer in stock which I was only informed last week.
