      Wow!! I thought it was just me. I am a proud HBCU alum and have supported this business in the past and received quality product. HOWEVER, in my most recent order in Nov. 2022!! I have yet to receive my product. Originally, I was receiving feedback, but now for the past 6 months there has been no feedback whatsoever. It's sad, because the quality of the hoodies I have a great. But, I cannot wear them anymore, because I cannot support this company due to how they are handling their business. And lastly, the owner is still active on social media and in 2023 they had a large booth at the Essence Festival (which I saw on IG, because if I was present we would have had to have a conversation). Not sure what else, we can do. Sad.. and to have the name Support Black Colleges....shaking my head.

      I placed an order on NOVEMBER 28 2022, here it is August 8 2024 and I never received anything, I mean never.. all I got was blocked from their social media because I was trying to figure out where was my order smh

      *** ordered back in November 2023 have not heard an update more than once. They are very inconsistent, bad with communication. I constantly message them and receive no response. It is ridiculous.

      Sinfully ***************************** and his more recent extension of the Support Black Colleges business titled Last ECommerce program are frauds. As if the horrific mishandling of business, disgraceful rating and stealing customer's money isn't enough, he is now modeling the same demonic habits with his ecommerce program. Several entrepreneurs entrusted him with 6K or more to ensure the uplift of our businesses. Contractually he promised to assure the earnings of 3X the investment. He took our money, never provided not even 1/8 of the service promised and instead he and his team *********************, ************************************** provided excuse after excuse as to why they were not responsible or unaware of the slack. Not one entrepreneur that invested nearly 7 thousand dollars with ***************************** and the ************ LLC has scaffold, grown, benefitted, earned a ***** more and definitely not in receipt of what his contract promised. Not a 1. Some received monies back from their banks as a result of charge backs while others are joining to take him to court. Thieves!

      I dont want to give this business 1 star!!!! They are a fraud!!!! They take orders, collect monies and NEVER SEND the product!! I ordered 2 hoodies in February 2024 and NEVER received them!!! Karma is real!!!!! Ill NEVER support again!!!

      Placed a order a year ago February still have not received item and have tried for over a year for a refund every blue moon someone would respond about this company problems I really sympathy for you but it's the customer who ********************** you my suggestions is to never do business with this company they don't communicate with the customer and its been over a year for one hoodie bad for business don't spend your money with them

      I have left many messages and never got a response I placed an order in December of 2022 and January 2023 this company has taken almost $600 from me and I have yet to receive my orders if you are reading this review please do not order anything from this company they are total ripoffs and being that I attended an HBCU I expected more Support Black Colleges should be ashamed of themselves I leave 0 stars for this company Stay away

      I ordered my husband a hoodie for Christmas and NEVER got any information about tracking. I began researching about the company and found out they NEVER ship your items!!! They just take your money and disappear!!!! No responses back from anyone and Im trying to get a REFUND! No answer!! I am beyond ****** and disappointed in this business! Trying to support this business and support black colleges and its not happening because of their extremely poor business deals!!!! CROOKS!

      If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. My husband and I ordered 2 hoodies from this company November 2022. To this day we have not received product ordered, a refund, or an explanation. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company. The website is still active and taking orders even though orders from last year have not been honored even though they have been paid. Unprofessional is a compliment in my opinion. I would question their integrity and business ethic.

      I also placed an order in November 2022 during Black Friday and still haven't received an order. I have consistently inquired via email to only get a vague response that unexpected things in production has been an inconvenience. The next response what that we see all customers orders and have forgotten about no one, ask for me to please stand by to check order to see what's going on and so many more lies told when the response is given. It takes them forever to respond to an email. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. The last email that I received was on July 11, 2023 and they stated they have identified the issue and are actively working on their processes to prevent similar delays. I won't be purchasing from them again and they can truly just close their business. They will not serve me in the future. I thought I was really supporting a worthwhile cause being a graduate of an HBCU and wearing their products with pride. Oh well so much for them making a mockery of things and not even fulfilling orders placed and taking forever to send products as well as to even be honest about what is truly happening and going on from a business perspective.
